We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I loved my suite. The open concept layout. Amenities, service, quality of restaurants in the hotel. Guest Experience addressed me by by name and told me Happy Birthday an hoped I was enjoying my stay an weekend.

United StatesI made my reservation on 1/3/23 via Booking.com, was charged the full amount before arrival to the property and at check-in the hotel couldn't find my reservation. I spent a half hour during check-in. On the day of checkout, I had to spend another half hour providing email verification to the manager on the phone that the front desk person had to call, as the hotel was going to charge me again for the entire stay, based on how the person who checked me in, had set up the stay. Come to find out that my reservation was never moved over by the wholesale side. Very bad experience.
The hotel and casino have a huge selection of restaurants, shops and bars.

United StatesI didn't like the from the moment I checked staff was not helpful except for vale guy, the garage staff rude , checking in guy missing information to explain to me, security yelled at me in my face because I slipped and fell and cut my self in the bathroom because the shower let water out from the side. It was our first stay there at the Conrad and I was not happy with the guest service I received. I stayed at the Marag and they know customer service outstanding I would say.
The room was amazing beautiful view , the bed was like a cloud, the shower was amazing.

United Arab Emiratesthe staff were rude and not helpful at all. the hotel is not child friendly and i would never recommend anyone to stay in it. even if u have an issue, no one would care to assist you . i have a 4 months old baby and they did not provide me with a kettle or hot water. they simply said just go to starbucks and buy hot water ! this was the answer of the customer service manager!! he did not even apologize or said that he wish he can do something . He was just careless and asked me to find my own solution rather than offering a proper one! how can i go to starbucks in the middle of the night for example !

United StatesThe WORST - No breakfast, The only coffee/tea is a 10-15 minute walk through a casino to Starbucks to wait in a 10 minute line then wait another 10 minutes for the $35 coffee which is then cold by the time you get to your room; No room service unless signing up through a Grubhub app which is not clear until learned from another guest. The dinner restaurant recommendations were classic, overpriced so-so food places in the casino. What happened to the "hotel" experience? Or, great places to eat? The room is not well lit. The lights in the bathroom that stay on all night, are much too bright. The AC goes off automatically each night which then woke us up because it was hot and stuffy. And, the worst - no one to talk to or call.... only an "auto bot" when you call "0" and no phone at the front desk! Very frustrating.
The bed was comfortable and the room felt clean. The employees were very friendly.

CanadaThe location was out of the mainstream; very little was active. The room and layout were poor, and service and maintenance of the room were lacking. The drywall in the bathroom was wet due to poor design and drainage. The hotel itself was underserviced. Many of the amenities were closed until the weekend. You are far from any of the other activities. Restaurant quality was horrific and expensive. Best to give the whole experience a miss.

United StatesBreakfast not included. $100 for two, sorry a little much for a Diamond member and did not even get points for my stay because I booked via bookings.com. The safe in the room did not work. Called down, 30 minutes later someone comes up, re-sets it. And it does not work, he goes back and fourth and it does not work. I’m told to wait in the room for couple hours and someone will come. I go down to check in and they tell me I’m going to have to upgrade my room for an up charge to be able to exchange rooms. I’m sorry but this is very poor service. My Hilton Honors Diamond member was worth nothing. Totally bad experience . Would not recommend. Other places at half the price were better, we only stayed one night after the safe issue.
I’m a diamond member, breakfast was not included. For wife & I was $100 bucks and had to ask 3x for refills …

United StatesThe key fab to get the elevator to floors are not sensitive, needed several tries. Quality of food does not command the high price and tips are first thing that pop up to process any purchase transaction. Did not like "The Kitchen". Food was very average and breakfast burrito was terrible/and stuffing was cold. Pool was closed due to inclement weather, so not much to do aside from gambling/eating during day.
Like the view of the strip. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Close to the Dawg House, show venues, and nice variety of food vendors to choose from. Nice gym.
