There was no phone in the room, no wash cloths in the bathroom,, broken dresser in my room

Empty chip bag under the bed. Candy wrappers behind the stand. Stained bed cover. Dirty hand print on the white towel and no face cloths. Black looking mold on the tub caulking. Good news no bed bugs. I checked with my roll of packing tape.

Many updates need to be done. The cleaning staff need to pay more attention to the sheets and blankets. There were some stains that we asked for cleaner sheets.

The price and location were good. The beds were so comfortable. It was a pretty decent room.

I did see and kill 3 bugs on the wall and I'm seriously hoping they were just bugs. The bed was extremely firm but my mother's bed was a decent memory foam.

The price was great and I was happy there was an elevator since my key didn't work the first time.

Our room was covered in dust (not a huge deal) the floor wasn’t clean very well. Biggest issue we had was our blanket was stained with bleach all over, didn’t look clean at all. Pillows were also not very comfortable and had to request more.

Staff acting like we couldn't have visitors in our rooms unless their vehicle was on file they made the excuse that if a key was lost and you were to send someone else to get a key they'd have to be on file but who would send someone else that's not on file to get a key ? but I think it was more to it because a lady there told me that they said she wasn't allowed guys in here room idk why but that part was none of my business but it still didn't make any sense to me though but it was a good stay overall besides them trying to control your visitors .I mean if there's no disturbance and nothing broken or stolen why should it matter anyway? Also there were a bunch of invoices left in my room from someone on rented before me with there information on it I'd personally be upset if it was mines .

The ice machine on the third floor was broken and the bathroom toilet would only fully flush if you hold the handled down while the water drained

What I didn't like was, no breakfast in the morning,my toilet was stopped up every time I used it, and no water pressure when I took a shower, and no pool to swim in,it was hot as hell

The only thing I liked was the bed it was damn comfy, and the room was clean.

I didn’t like how the rooms were poorly cleaned. the Locks were broken on the hotel door and the bathroom door. The lamp lights didn’t work .

I liked it had cable , microwave, and ac . The staff was friendly. Check in and out process was fast and easy .

The ice machine was broken my entire stay. Their was no daily housekeeping and after 2 days I started seeing roaches. Bathroom shower should have been replaced

I didn’t like that they entered my room without my permission while I was gone the rambled through my things & my room didn’t need cleaning because I wasn’t even there over 5 hours yet that’s NOT except able & I felt violated & if I want to bring a guest as long as I say 2 people it’s none of their business if it’s a man or a woman I’m grown & I paid for my room
