We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNothing to mention, I would suggest a larger pool towel for older adults, maybe suggest front desk monitor. Towels in Muskegon Delta Marriott are much nicer and is commented by my wife.
Went shopping and had several good beers and food around town. Outdoor hot tub was very special.

The location right in town is amazing. Just walk out the door to dining & shopping. The hotel is beautiful with a huge lobby & cafe with Starbucks. Our room was comfy & we enjoyed the little balcony. This was our second stay & we will return.
