We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNo microwave in the room. The restaurant had good food but was expensive. My husband had a $32 steak that was bland and I had $22 pasta that I could get at any restaurant with no bread or salad. They also charge a $30 destination fee that isn’t mentioned until you check in. You can use it at the resort for different things. So it’s like a credit but you have to use it before you check out or you just give them $30.
I love the decor in the lobby and rooms. Our room was comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It was convenient to all parts of the island

United StatesThere is a $30 per night destination fee is kind of excessive. The paper handed out at check in that gives the times of breakfast is incorrect, it stated the Starbucks bistro opens at 6:30 but upon our arrival after watching the sun rise on the beach, we were told it opens at 7:00. There is only one bank of elevators in the center of the building, so if you’re on the outer ends, the stairs are closer. The bed was pretty firm, so if you’re used to a softer mattress, you may wake up kind of sore.
The hotel itself is on the beach and the access is great. While we didn’t utilize the pool, it was pretty and there is a hot tub and fire pit area there as well. The balcony gave us a beautiful view of the ocean. The rooms are clean and spacious.

United StatesWater pressure! There was none. I get saving water but it was near impossible for my wife to wash her hair. May be because we were on the 4th floor but it was a struggle to shower. It has one little jacuzzi by a very large pool. We were there in late October so the pool wasn’t being used but the jacuzzi was. It was always too crowded in the evening to enjoy it so we never tried. Needs better lighting the in dog walk area. Just one yellow light way in the back so I could barely see my tan dog and could not see my black one at all. Kinda difficult to pick up after them while holding them and a light. Would be an easy fix.
The property was very nice. Landscaping was appealing especially around the pool and dunes. Nice atmosphere Shore restaurant was very nice with a good menu and the food was very good. We ate a lot of our meals there. Better breakfast options would be nice. Very pet friendly, we had two dogs and it was never any trouble getting around the hotel with them

United StatesI booked an oceanfront room. Was somewhat disappointed that the view of the ocean was obscured by trees and buildings. It really didn't look "oceanfront." Other than that, I was happy with the room.
The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
