Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We were a little disappointed that no Continental breakfast was available; nor was there complimentary coffee in the morning. For the price of out 1 night stay, we feel should have both.

There was an air vent at the entry of the room, near the bathroom, that blows out cold air even though it was freezing outside, especially at night. There's no way to shut it off. Thankfully, I had a little space heater with me which made the bathroom tolerable. Otherwise it would have been too cold in there. Also, the mini fridge was leaking water, so anything I put on the bottom shelf part got soaked.
The room was clean, the facilities were nice and felt safe. The shower was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet.

Because I booked using third party, Booking.com, it stated that breakfast was included in my price. Which it wasn't
I love the ambiance of the hotel. It was central to a lot of restaurants, and the back of the hotel with the firepit was to die for.

The shower was exceptionally slippery when wet. I nearly fell twice.

Sidewalk wasn't salted during ice storm / only 2 drawers in chest of drawers and small / too small of a refrigerator - can barely use / no free breakfast with higher cost of room than comparable hotels / restaurant staff (attendant) was nice but unprofessional

The standard of care by cleaning staff was not quite up to par. Lightbullbs not working, pillow cases on support pillows not completely on pillows, could not read what the different bottles for shower use, a little mold in the shower etc.

There was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. It took extremely too long for the hot water to heat. Shower door track needed to be cleaned better. The toilet needed to be caulked where the toilet meets the floor.

Only complaint is the wifi never really worked.. would say connected but when you try to do something it would say no Internet...

The beds were not very expertly made so it made us a little doubtful they were clean. The room had a faint smell like a broken vacuum cleaner.
Most of the staff were very friendly. The lobby and other public areas were very nice. The breakfast and coffee was good. Quiet despite easy access to highway and local services.

Staff just seemed tired and bothered. The couch in our room had several stains. A few of the guests were very loud in the hallways at 3a.m. The WiFi wasn’t good. Pretty much bad connection just throughout the area. No complimentary breakfast items offered, you must pay for breakfast at the bistro. I just expected a little more considering the cost of stay.
There were a few restaurants in walking distance. I loved the fitness room and sitting in the lobby with my family. Check in was quick and easy. Bathrooms were spacious.

It was a long walk from where we parked to get to our room inside.

Online advertises that breakfast is included in the price, but it is not. They do not have a self serve breakfast area. Breakfast is available but you have to order from a menu.
