We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States12 min drive to beaches or downtown St. Joes but we think the cost savings makes up for that. still convenient. Indoor pool is very small and room was way too hot and filled with fumes. we didn't intend to use anyways but checked it out. Need a TRX system in gym.

United StatesOnly issue we had was that we couldn’t get in when we got there. Computer and credit cards didn’t work but they didn’t know and told me it was my card. Sat there with my kids calling fraud lines when they could’ve been swimming. Later they realized it wasn’t my cards when it happened to other patrons who arrived. Not a huge deal but this took a long time and it was pretty stressful. Manager the next day said she didn’t know anything about it.

I loved the décor of my room. The settee was lovely looking but not great for sitting because the back was too recessed. The shower was different than I have experienced but very up-to-date.
