The hotel is dated and our room was so huge, it was like a cavern. It was pretty soulless with only one picture per room on the wall. I had asked for a good view from the balcony when I made the reservation. Instead we got a view of a bunch of trees(better than a parking lot or a sea of roofs) and directly over all of the outside air conditioning units, which are very loud. We were there for 6 nights in their biggest room. I would think they would have made more effort to give us a room with a nice view. It was nice to have the pool, but it was pretty cloudy and had lots of bugs each time we used it. It was not discussed about the cleaning plan when we arrived. It took me a couple of days to realize that they only pick up every other day and do a deep clean every 7 days. That would be ok except I frequently had to ask for coffee and towels. When I asked to have the room serviced daily, they were very happy to do so.

The very best thing about this hotel was the staff. Every one we encountered were friendly, professional, and helpful. You could tell they liked working with people and enjoyed their job. The property is centrally located, but is not by the beach. Parking was easy and lots of trees provided shade. The bed was comfortable and shower flow good. Our room was huge! The air conditioner worked great in both rooms. There is a bar and restaurant available at reasonable times.

The only thing I didn’t like was I just wish our room was a bit cleaner. We had two pillows with hair on them, the sheets a little stained and I found like lip stick on the door of the bathroom.

I liked the staff on site, as well as our room, the amenities like the pool, restaurant and bar. We were in a nice area with plenty of things to do.

The bathtub was extremely slippery. I did end up falling in tub and yanking down the curtain. I feel it was very dangerous especially for older and younger guests.

I have never been charged for parking at a hotel we are staying at. It was not under ground, or even covered. Just a parking lot. It was 10-dollars a night to park.. Also they could offer free coffee for their travelers. StarBucks on sight, but not free.

The Hotel was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. We did have a balcony with 2-chairs outside, but sadly the door was locked and could not be opened. Great location for what we came for (Kennedy Space Center). Discovered a great path to the ocean from the hotel. Great beach for a nice walk. Or a swim. Nice pool.

I spoke to an employee just a simple hello and she didn't respond. I was getting ice on my floor no one else was around and she looked me right in my face.
