We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesLaurie S. Was at the front desk when we checked in. People like her should never be the first person you encounter in a business. Not friendly or welcoming. Didn't want to address the problem we had with no regular coffee in our room. The next morning she saw us at the front desk waiting to speak to someone she looked my daughter straight in the eye more than once and didn't respond to us. When she finally came to the desk we asked to have our trash taken out and our coffee replenished. Her response to that was if we wanted that we should have told her the previous night. Dealing with her as a representative of the business was not a pleasant experience.

United StatesThere was no microwave in the room; fridge was extremely small; king bed was too big for a room that size-had to squeeze between bed and sofa to get out one side; tried to open closet mirror doors and they almost fell off the track. I expected more from a Marriott hotel. Very disappointed.

United StatesI tried each day to get service for the room. There is a huge disconnect between the front desk and housekeeping. I also requested to speak to the Assistant manager on 2 occasions. The message I received was you can contact him at 11 when he comes in. He didn't respond to my request the whole week I was there. Finally had to go to General Manager at the end of the week. He rates (Matt) a zero in my eyes. The front desk has no support when trying to handle a situation. Shared this with GM.
I had great front desk people with Tiera Parker and Kaitlyn. They were excellent to communicate with. Laurie was good also.

United StatesWe entered our room and it was so stale and warm. I turned the air on and it took a long time to cool the room, but the air conditioner was also very loud with not only the noise of running but then an additional humming noise. Within 5 minutes, my allergies were triggered and I became congested. The toilet was so loud once flushed. It made a screeching sound for several minutes after. The only reason I did not ask for a different room was because we got in around 11:00pm after driving 15 hours and we just wanted to go to bed.
