Parking is $15/day which I really don't get cuz it's a huge parking lot connected to several other businesses scattered throughout the business park & it was never full. Water pressure & temp a little tricky at morning peak times plus every time a housekeeping staffer was using the water next door to clean, it severely dipped the temp to cold throughout showering.

Great front reception staff, very helpful. Rooms were clean and accommodating. Food availability was excellent, freshly prepared breakfast (not free) Evening happy hour was available with food options. Across the parking lot is a Starbucks (also served during breakfast at the hotel), Thai restaurant and many other options, also a few nail salons if you need a little pampering. I kept extending my stay & staff tried hard to accommodate. If you need anything from housekeeping they're very good at restocking coffee, towels etc. very pleasant ladies. Very safe for solo travelers.

They have compliment coffee in room but no tea. When asked about it the hotel staff did give me some courtecy tea bags from thier snack bar where otherwise you gave to purchase them

Be aware of a parking fee (currently) of $7.00. This is not included in the "Booking.com Price". But is listed under "Hotel Policies". A parking fee for this type hotel, in this type of location, with a huge parking area seems a bit excessive (a bit like a hidden fee). It is not like this hotel is located in some Downtown area, where parking is extremely limited.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area. Though, just a few more chaise lounges and table/chairs would be nice. Very good breakfast cafe with several cold & hot choices. Tasty breakfast burrito. Though, be aware that this is not a buffet style breakfast. Rather, one where you need to place an order for your breakfast. Not necessarily a negative, but it takes a little longer to get your food, as it needs to be prepared. It would be nice if, on the weekends, the cafe opened up at 6:30am, to accommodate those guests who have children that are in early sports tournaments. However, I did hear that they are flexible (will open a little earlier), if given notice of a big event, ahead of time.

When we went into our room-there was a portable fan/heater on the floor-drying the carpet??!! No mention that we should expect this by the front desk personnel. Strange Slow & small elevators

Checked in online and it said they would message when the room was available. By 9pm I still didn’t receive a message so I went to the front desk anyway! 9pm is ridiculous to check in. No bedding available, had to sleep on a bare mattress!!! We were just exhausted by this point and had no energy to look for another hotel with bedding!!

The morning staff seamed understandable. They did listen when I explained to that I didn’t get to check into my room until after 9 PM and there was no bedding available in my room as well.

Elevator at our end of the building was not functioning forcing a long walk or stairs. Stair exit did not allow departure at the front of the building. Forcing another long walk. Had to ask three times for the toilet in our room to be cleaned. No shuttle service to nearby airport. Bar/ restaurant closed during normal business hours.

No breakfast 😢 which should be offered free with the price of a night's stay in this price range.

Charge for parking and lot backs up to several other businesses - just seems like a scam to milk people for more money. Complimentary bottle of water would also be nice but you CAN refill in the gym.
