We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe location right off of 17 isn’t ideal, the couch in the king suite wasn’t very comfortable to sit on and watch tv, and if you’re turning the tv to the bed the cabinet was in the way and blocked half the tv. and the fridge was very small compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in. Also placed a $50 per night “in case of damages” hold on my card which no other hotel has ever done

Breakfast was made to order, and had enough interesting choices. The location was also ideal--easy to get to, but not too busy.

United StatesBeing on the 4th floor was a little weird with the dogs, but it got them used to an elevator, so from that perspective, it was kinda fun. I think I already mentioned the price could have been lower and items & availability of the Bistro. One other thing. There were no dryer sheets for the laundry and considering everything else can be card-swiped or charged to the room, I was a bit miffed that the laundry machines still wanted quarters which required us to make change. It's 2023. There's gotta be better ways to handle guest laundry than coin-operated.
The room was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We just wish the price was lower, that the Bistro was open for lunch, and that the menu offered more choices.

PhilippinesManager wouldn’t accept a passport to check in and only want a driver’s license. I explained I lost my purse with my wallet but they weren’t very accomodating. I ended up changing the name for the booking so my companion can show his license and check in. It took us almost 2 hrs to check in
