Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No USB receptacles anywhere to charge. Limited TV channels in the room but a good variety in the lobby lounge.
All staff was great. The restaurant served surprisingly good meals. The location is great and the surroundings was very nice and peaceful.

Comforter was thin. Walls and ceilings needed to be wiped down. Tub had a ring to it, looked like it was patched at some point.

Didn't like that the room didn't have a microwave and location of ice machine kinda sucked
The Courtyard was a great place to hang out while the family was swimming in the pool also hotel was in a great location

When booking online I ended up paying almost $70 more than what the advertised price was. Breakfast was not included.
The grounds were very nice, plenty of areas inside and outside to sit and enjoy your food or drinks. Indoor pool/hot tub, security was good.

The pool area was very dated. There were gross black streaks coming down from the skylight above the pool.
Great location right .downtown on the riverwalk. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The Wi-Fi speed was not enough for the streaming service, and the sheets and blankets were not 100% clean. The jacuzzi had not been cleaned for a long time. As I started it, particles and dirt gathered in the middle. The pool might have been the same. Last but not least: water bottles in the room were $5 each!
Parking was close to the room, and our room was spacious. It was great to see a Smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. However, the Wi-Fi for streaming was not sufficient. It was a great place to ride a scooter around. The bistro and lobby are very pleasant and modern. We also liked that there was a pool and jacuzzi with a view of the lovely garden.

I was disappointed there was no free breakfast! The was a Bistro, that was very expensive! Room was was very noisy!

The rooms are a stark contrast to the nice, modern-looking front/desk reception area, which makes them look more-dated. But other than looks, the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for the two nights we were there.
Nice location; easy to find, lots of surrounding parking, and in close walking distance to a wonderful river walking path and local sites/eateries. Even though we were there to visit Whitworth University, a short 17-minute drive north, I was glad to stay in town to see more of the city for the short time we were there.

Nice pool, Starbucks and nice bar and restaurant in the motel rooms were clean and comfortable. In a good location, there was onsite laundry and a 24 hour convenience store

I have late risers and the bistro closed at 10 AM. It would be nice to have them open until 11;00ish. The food was good but it was a little spendy.
I got a great deal on a "suite" for 6. I totally expected a "Motel 6" for the price. I was delighted when we checked into our room. There was a room with 2 Double beds and a separate living area with a fold out sofa bed. We were on the 3rd floor so we had a great view into the middle courtyard with a terrace area to sit outside. We were surrounded by college buildings so the area was pretty quiet and it was a short drive down to Division which took us all over the city. Very "homey" feeling!

The hotel was clean but it is a little worn in areas.
Location to the downtown area was perfect and we were right on the Centennial trail and River. Free parking was a bonus and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
