Spotlessly clean, felt like a home with all the essentials and small details. Lots of space to store stuff. The hosts, Monica and her husband Luis were very responsive and helpful.

Modern, clean accommodation in a quiet road, but close to restaurants, etc. Very comfortable and secure. A perfect place! Door code was sent to my phone but Monica was there and greeted us, very friendly.

The house is very characteristic, equipped with all the comforts and services necessary for the stay. It's close to Miami airport. It is also well connected by means of transport as there is a bus stop that takes you to Downtown. The house was very clean and welcoming. The staff was polite and always available.

We roamed the cottage for the free complimentary snacks as mentioned on a sign in the kitchen (couldn't find any). We thought that 1 set of towels (2 big, 1 small and 2 to dry your hand off with) was too little. We were provided with extra ones after we mentioned this though.

This cottage is beautifully designed en equiped well. Very comfortable. We stayed during (very heavy) rainfall and were happy that we stayed as dry as possible.

Too expensive, bad wifi, no signal on my phone (I couldn't talk on the phone and I don't know why), no washing machine, no clothes dryer. I didn't liked the area (I didn't feel safe walking alone).

Great location (close to Little Havana, Downtown, MIA airport etc) but I didn't liked the area. The place is nice for few days. Free parking. Self check-in/check-out. Clean. You have a TV, air conditioning, iron, refrigerator, gas stove, plates, glasses, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, some snacks, bottles of water. In the bathroom you have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels, first aid kit. Comfortable bed.

You can hear the airplanes due to the proximity to the airport, but MIA is so close to the city that it must be a universal problem. Also, be aware that the couch bed in the living room was not so comfortable to sleep in, according to my friend, especially if you are tall.

This place is a gem for the price! Maria is wonderful host and person, she was very quick to respond to questions, give tips and was there to greet us in person. The accommodation is in impeccable condition, everything was spotless and all comforts were provided, even a fully equipped kitchen. And the decor is very tasteful and stylish. It's hard to find such a comfortable stay in the very busy and expensive Miami. Aircon was greatly appreciated, Miami was hot even in February! Great distance from the airport, but you will need to use cars or ubers to get around. Fairly close to Little Havana and the fun Calle Ocho, while the actual neighborhood felt extremely safe and welcoming. Absolutely recommended if you want a comfortable base to explore Miami without paying an unnecessary high amount, understanding that it is a big city and whenever you stay, you still need Ubers to get around.
