We got there a little early so the room wasn’t ready, check in was at 4 so we went away and came back about 3:50 they told us room still not ready we waited 15 more minutes then was told it’s ready when we went upstairs and open the door housekeeping is still inside cleaning

Hotel badly needs renovation, especially bathroom with rusty mirrors and cracks everywhere, stained carpets - everything screams for RENOVATION!

Complete scam from what they show online. I’ll attach the photos. But the rooms look completely different it’s funny. And the parking guy across the street made up the parking price off the top of his head 😂

The hotel had a rank smell. They gave me a room close to the elevator which i heard running all night long. The towels were hard. The pool was dirty, it had a lot of leaves in it and the area was not clean. The hotel did not have a microwave but they let me use the restaurants microwave, however the restaurant’s staff was snarky and acted as if they didn’t want me to use it; as well as acting like they didn’t want to give me lemons and use with my canned sprite for 9.37. The hotel staff would not let me change the room, stating that it was too late. The hotel staff’s attitude was cynical and their tone was irreverent.

The location was close to the shopping area on Lincoln Rd.

In the room I found dirty pillow cases that were left on the ottoman near the bed, there was no soap bar, no cup or a glass, no coffee maker (I had my own coffee and tea and could not even get hot water to make it in the room for $ 180 per night! :( The safe was NOT WORKING in my room #606. I also booked double full-size-bed room, I have it in my email confirmation, and I was given a queen size single bed (my queen size is much much bigger at home, so these beds are actually so small in this hotel!) and complained about it at the front desk, they said that from booking.com they received the order for a single queen size bed. I believe that I am in title of getting some reimbursement because when I was booking this room, the options were single king size bed or double full-size beds. I booked a double full-size bed room, and I was given a smaller room than I paid for. I'd like someone to get back to me about it. Bed was terrible, all the springs broken, and would sink. The bathroom was so small that I had to sit sideways on the toilet, and the shower in a camper is larger than this shower. The shower had a lot of mold as well.

they didn't have the room I booked, they don't have the appliances listed on the suite (coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster), property is very poorly maintained, room service didn't show up any day (no changing towels, making the bed or anything)
