They could use comforters on the beds, they would be warmer, and cozy for there guest too👍

We loved the office staff, they are always there to answer any questions we have, I thought I lost my knee brace, but when I called them back to check if I might have left it there, they checked, and the cleaning staff had found it in our room, and I asked them if they could hold it there for me because we would be coming back to stay early June 🤗can’t wait! The rooms were cleaned, the beds, and pillows were comfortable, the cleaning staff are always friendly, and helped us with anything we had asked, loved the sauna, and heated pool, and will definitely tell my family, and friends Crusader’s should be on there list to stay when visiting Wildwood Crest NJ❤️❤️👍👍

It was a little too ant infested for me, every time you dropped a crumb it was like a swarm of them felt like i had to constantly clean and it shouldn't have to be that way on vacation !

Loved the fact that it was close to the park for the kids and also the beach! Kids had a great time in the pool the first day we got there!

The ramp for baggage cart was difficult to maneuver, poor lighting in Kitchen, A/C drips on you in the kitchen.

Very minor things.. No safe place to hang clothes. The hangers were situated over the mini fridge so you could only hang shirts at most.Typically I wouldn't care but I was there for a friends wedding and needed a place to hang my dress. I think if they move the closet area and add shelves over the mini fridge it would solve the problem of poor closet location and having the sink area cluttered with the coffee pot. Plus added shelves would provide an area to store food if you brought any. Like snacks, bread, etc.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly. Houskeeping staff did a fantasic job. Very clean and neat rooms. Everyone at the front desk was great too.

I cannot think of anything I didn’t like about the place.

I loved how my room had 2 separate rooms. one with the beds and then living area with private balcony with a great view of the ocean. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Loved that the Crusader had it’s own coffee shop that served breakfast and lunch.

It’s a bit of a walk to the beach and no breakfast included but there is a cafe right at the hotel with delicious breakfast and lunch options

This is going to be my go to from now on. Nada e only stayed one night but it made such a lasting impression on my daughter and my boyfriend. Ocean view, just a walk to the beach, pool was very clean and the rooms was immaculate!

parking is a little tight but manageable just have to take your time!

great staff all very friendly and greeted us, view from oceanfront room was beautiful loved that it had a microwave, fridge and freezer, the hotel is only a 9 minute walk to the beginning of boardwalk. Denise at the front desk is so polite and helped me with every question I had for her she did go above and beyond for me! I will definitely be staying here again next week!
