The facilities were somewhat dated and not initially clean upon arrival. Once I complained housekeeping worked to improve our room.

I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking?! Why? I think WiFi too, I can’t remember. And the housekeeper on the first morning there just walked in without knocking. And they don’t really change up the breakfast options from day to day, so after 4 nights there, it got boring 🥱 otherwise the stay was good. Oh and it was only one washer and dryer for the whole building…. I waited a longggg time to wash. Beds were uncomfortable….. especially that pull out bed

They had breakfast daily, clean….. everyone I encountered was very polite and friendly. Even though I didn’t use it I thought it was cool that it was lotion, shampoo and conditioner in a large container for us to use. Oh and when they cleaned up our room, they folded my kids personal blankets we brought with us. That was really nice 😊 the location was near a lot of places to eat.

The shower rod was bent, so our floors got soaked. The fan in the bathroom was also loud and obnoxious on its own. Not only that, but the people above us kept making noises throughout the night of stomping for the 3 nights we were there. They also charged me more than what was promised, even with the holding charge.

GHETTO!! The grounds outside can be more well kept. The surrounding buildings had graffiti all over. Drunk man walking around inside … (not the hotel’s fault). But maybe a security guard can help avoid that.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. I like that you can check in until 5am (which was why we chose this location). But we got in around 1am instead. Staff was nice.

The first morning was noisy starting at 5am then the next evening starting 7pm until 7am was noisy and horrible. I got no sleep all night and early morning. Just a bad stay.

The breakfast was simple and they only served pork sausages in which everyone do not eat. I prefer beef and some people prefer turkey.

Everything was horrific and I didn't even stay there.

The facilities were absolutely disgusting. I checked 3 rooms before finally I told the front desk worker that o could not stay in such unsanitary circumstances

The hotel charges to park and is located next to an industrial building that was noisy at times. We were given the first room on the other side of the breakfast nook wall and it was extremely loud. Walls were thin and could hear every movement from the floor above. The room only had one wash cloth to start with ans when more were requested they were given in a pile, unfolded. Breakfast was lacking. Waffle machines were not operaring all days of our stay, toaster barely worked and the sausage was watery and bland. I would not stay here again even though the price was decent.

The value on the room was appealing and not far from the highway.

Walls were extremely thin, I could hear other guests basically all night, including people yelling at their kids. While the room was clean, the building is in a kind of sketchy location, with lots of trash around the building/road. The HVAC in the room was also extremely loud, to the point that it woke me up several times when it turned on. For $150 a night I have stayed in much nicer. I would also strongly recommend the stupid parking fee is taken away or baked into the price before getting there. Nothing less welcoming than showing up to a pre-made booking and needing to pay for extra stuff.

The room was clean, the TV had a good selection of channels, the breakfast in the morning was alright. Bed had a good selection of pillows. The staff was pleasant.

Cleaning staff that do not know how to speak English. Communication was an issue.

Spacious room. Honesty of staff. I forgot my i-pad in the room and when l called, they confirmed they found it. Arrangement is being made to deliver it to me. This is quite good.
