The coffee machine needed instructions. We had to Google how to use that model.

The room was enormous. We had the 3 bed apartment and it was great. It had all the facilities that we could need. The complex also had a relationship with the complex next door so there were even more pools to use. My kid loved it. There was even a shuttle to Disney. Perfect.

No parking on a Saturday night. We had to make our own parking but that was bcuz it was a holiday day weekend.

The place was huge and exceeded expectations. It was just my friend and I but easily another 2-3 people could stay in the room comfortably. The location was nice and every restaurant you could possibly want was within a 10min drive. Disney springs was 10 min away and universal was 20 min.

If I was relying on park shuttles I would say the limited. But that is kind of most hotels off property. If you have a car that would be easier but parking at Disney is expensive. You could use Uber or Lyft. No airport transportation so we took a Lyft for about 40 dollars. Other than that I loved everything about Cypress Pointe.It was very clean the suite was huge and fully equipped kitchen. If you plan on making your own meals you can always have groceries delivered. We use Walmart.But there are other stores around. Loved having 2 bathrooms. The master bathroom is beautiful. And there is a smaller second bathroom off of the 2nd.bedroom. Which makes getting ready alot easier. There are also 3 tvs. They do have studios and 3 bedroom units available. I would love to try the 3 bedroom. But if you have a large family or group might be the way to go. Overall we enjoyed our 3 day stay there. Look forward to returning in the future. The only downside is no elevators. Climbing stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage not fun but they do offer to help you. We had a lot of luggage and upon leaving one of the maintenance men grabbed 2 of our heavy suitcases and walked them all the way to the lobby area. Super nice ! Whether you are going to parks or just looking for a relaxing resort stay I would say Cypress Pointe is a good choice.

Lovely resort. Really didn't expect it to be as nice as it was for the price. We had a beautiful 2 bedroom unit, loved the screened in porch. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Got to meet Charlie, the resident Blue & Gold Macaw in the lobby. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. My son spent a lot of time at the Wawa across the street getting his iced coffees. And we ate at our favorite place Steak and Shake,also across the street. There is a small sundries shop on property. Also serves food. Didn't use the pool but it was hopping. Not super close to any park but they do have limited shuttles. We stayed there prior to moving to Disney so didn't really need them. If you have a car I believe the parking at the resort is free? Which is a nice bonus. Most places charge ridiculous parking fees which can add up. It's just a nice quiet reasonably priced resort and I would definitely return. I have recommended it to family and friends. Probably gonna be our pre Disney go to.

There’s no elevator to the room.

The room is spacious! Clean and well prepared. Love the garden area in the hotel. The shuttle bus to Disneyland is a plus!

That 10 AM checkout is the WORST it should be 11 AM at the very least. That was the only downside.

Room was incredibly nice and clean and LARGE. Bed was comfy and I love that they enforce a “quiet” period overnights. Location is perfect and there is lots of parking.

The rooms are big the associates are friendly attentive. They play games for adults and kids enjoy this resort plus across the street they call it their sister resort were u have access as well.so have tennis basketball grills well maintained and vert clean it's a nice resort

Our AC was not working. We had a long day at a theme park, and the last thing we wanted was to be hot. They were very quick to come and temporarily fix it. The fix got us through two days, but it stopped working during the second night again.

This was a very spacious and clean place to stay. I stayed in a two bedroom suite that had a king and a queen. It also had a sofa bed that we had a child utilizing, which the only complaint she had was it was a little squeaky.

Furniture was heavy and dated and not comfortable in the dining and living room. The master bathroom lighting was dull and not bright enough.
