We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The next morning I was out and when I came back house keeping had came in my room and stripped the bed and all and I front desk manager had to give me another room for the rest of the morning. That room was ok. The front desk manager when I checked in was a bit rude. No elevator to the 2nd floor.

CanadaThe room was disgusting. The carpet had some kind of stain that I expect was blood. The tub floor was so stained, I wouldn’t use it. The noise from within the hotel was ridiculous. I asked for a ground floor room and was booked second floor even though I stated we had a mobility challenged person (this was rectified after arrival).
The breakfast looked good but we did not partake except to grab a juice. The location had a lot of restaurants around it, so that was convenient.

United StatesThe room needs updating badly. The room walls and ceiling are very flimsy, we heard every noise from footsteps to snoring from the other rooms. And above. The breakfast was sub par. It was a racist atmosphere. The overnight help very limited. The tv was not working properly. It would change channels randomly and more than half of the channels were not working. The sheets on one of the beds were not changed prior to us getting the room. I had to get linens to change it. And some rags to clean up the bathroom. The room had a smell to it and the a/c had a smell as well. The pool needs to be updated there were no towels or anything available. And the area needed to be cleaned. The exhaust fan would also make a weird noise at times. The bathroom light wouldn't come on at times and when it did it would flicker constantly. All of the electrical outlets need to be replaced because you cannot plug anything into them. They were loose and it would fall out.
