Hotel could use some serious updating

They put us on the back of the motel with the weekly renters instead of vacation renters around the front and the middle of the hotel

Outdated and Grimey. Beds were comfy and staff was nice. Okay for a quick night before your cruise but wouldn’t stay longer than 1-2 days.

The room was very dirty. It had not been swept or mopped in days (if not longer).

The price was great and the closeness to the port.

Most everything..outdated, dirty, beds were awful. One of those hotels you just close your eyes and don't look, go to sleep get up and leave.

The smell of pot was strong from some of the rooms, and rooms are older. Needs updating

The restaurant there is amazing. Clean, great breakfast; I do want tot try them for lunch. The hotel is older and could use some updating.

I asked for a quiet room, but people were arguing right outside of my door late at night and they woke me up. I asked them to go elsewhere but they didn't leave. I had to ask again. Some of the lights in the room just didn't work. It was also very humid even though the AC was on.

It’s not their fault but the hurricane blew a transformer so we lost ac. We had some power. Finally the last morning of our stay we still can’t go back to our home as the power is having issues and we weren’t going to stay with no ac so I asked for a late checkout. She said noon. That’s not even remotely giving us anytime to find another place. We finally went to an Airbnb and was able to take a warm shower. I asked for a manager or GM and was told one was on vacation and one not due until next week. When your county is out into a state of emergency there should be some sort of management there to help as there were a lot of people staying there. Was not offered any help since we were inconvenienced. My biggest complaint was the smell of marajuana and cigarette that would still come into the room with the door and window closed. At least most people smoked in the stairwell which was far enough away but the smell just made me sick.

When we have to evacuate because of a hurricane this is very convenient and allows animals. The girl at check in was extra helpful and nice.

Too far from the aiport; very dark at night; sent messages on Booking.com and did not receive any responses.

The bathroom toilet/shower area was filthy. Mold on the shower grout. The sink had cracks with no stopper. The shower curtain rod was bent down in the middle so the shower curtain gaped at both ends. I tried to add photos of the filth and bed being way too close to the wall but even re-sized they would not attach.

We did not use it but the pool had clear water with cabanas around it. There was also a covered picnic area with BBQ grills.

The AC went out for almost a whole day. Very hot and miserable.

I loved how clean the rooms were. The pool was very nice and clean for the kids kind of impressed.

Everything was okay except for the bathroom shower walls where to dirty n hair was everything n the shower n one of I’ll pillow cases looked like it had blood stains on it n the WiFi didn’t work at all it’s sucks but me n my girlfriend enjoy the poolside
