The window in my room was broken out of the frame. There were dead flies all over the elevator balcony. I asked for an ironing board and iron to be sent up to my room, I waited 25 mins then called to check in. Waited 20 more before leaving and never received the ironing board or iron.

Being able to check in at 2 am after my flight got delayed was a blessing.

Dirty sheets even after asking for new. Burned out Light bulbs, chipped told floor, curtains off hook and didn't covef window, deadbolt not secure to door frame, exterior grounds not maintaied. DID NOT FEEL SAFE IN AREA, wont return.

The sink where you brush your teeth at, the mirror was covered in other peoples toothpaste droppings from brushing their teeth in front of the mirror, and there was other peoples hair stuck against the shower wall.

I liked that the room was clean and organized right when I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and made up well. There was plenty of towels, I did not need to ask for more. I enjoy the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion they have in the rooms.

Low rent look. Entry from outside. Small room. Technical issues. Old furniture from the 60’s. Terrible. Tile broken. Gap in the door you can see through. Had to put a shoulder into the door to open it in another room. Smells bad.

Did not like at all. 3 rooms in the first hour. First one the TV didn’t work. 2nd one someone was in the room I was given tickets for. Third one smelled like smoke and VERY SMALL. I then returned my keys and told him I was leaving. Worst experience ever. Days Inn should send someone from Corporate there ASAP. If they bill me for two nights their offices will hear from me.

- breakfast was bare minimum (waffle, toast, two kinds of cereal) - breakfast area was not clean - watched an employee wipe up syrup from the floor and then wipe the countertop with the same rag - it is more of a motel (doors open to outside vs hall)

Room was fairly modern BUT halls, office, exterior and food area was not well kept and not clean. Smelled musty.

There is NO coffee in the room and I had no idea it was located in the guest services area and I could have helped myself at any time. I drink coffee 24/7 (practically) and it was important for me to have access without having to run around a strange area I am not familiar with to find some. The weather strip on the bottom of the door needs to be replaced. I was able to see light coming though underneath the door and that left me a bit concerned.

I really liked the fact that I was able (by request) to have a ground floor room AND I didn't need to trek through a corridor to get to it. My car was right in front of the door of my room and I loved it! This location also had plenty of green grass for my dogs and is located in a beautiful area. My dogs and I took advantage of the gorgeous weather and went walking.

The ceiling had stains on it from above rooms or roof leaking no security latch on the door holes by the railing from deteriorating steps in the back felt like they bowed when you walked on them

The room was hot when we first got in. That would have been fine if it were winter, but it's August! The staff had trouble with my ID, so I had to email him a picture of my ID. I've never had to do that before and was very uncomfortable doing so. It took him half an hour just to get everything figured out. The rooms are gross. The floor feels sticky, and the sheets are inside out with a bunch of different stains. The beds were rock solid m, and the pillows were disappointing as well. You could tell no one swept the floor. There was debris in the bathroom and in the walkway area. The breakfast was very basic. Three choices of cereal, watered down juice, toast, and waffles. The towels had some odd stains. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The room we were given was not cleaned and the second room we could not get into. The third room was clean but pillowcases were missing on two of the pillows, there was no soap, and in order to get the door open you had to throw your body weight into it. The breakfast was also extremely lacking. The only options were white bread, waffles, and some cereal. They ran out of coffee cups and only had plastic water cups to replace them.

The location was nice and the young lady at the front seat was very helpful.

The bathtub plug was broken/missing. The hot and cold water were backwards on the sink. The floor was broken in at least 3 areas. The mirror was chipped. The window was broken/cracked. And the entire area of the room next to the window slanted downward, like the supports were giving out. The hallways, stairwells and elevator were boiling hot because the rooms' AC units vented out into the halls.

It was close to the hospital we needed to visit. The staff was friendly enough.
