The bathroom counter was falling off, the window curtains were falling off, paint on the ceiling was pealing, mold around the entire tub, shower vent was falling down and looked like it had never been cleaned, shower head was coming off the wall and baseboards were pealing away from the wall. I have pictures if you want.

The beds were very comfortable.

The room dead bolt on door was damaged from signs of forced intrey to the room previously done. The paint was pealing off the walls in the bathroom, and there were let's just say many insects coming into room from the damaged room door.

The location because motel was 5min from my weekend event.

when booking the room, I had requested handicap room, the bathroom did not have a shower or bathtub with a stool or bars to hold on to ,holes in the wall near baseboard, towels were clean but had holes in them. Bathroom door would not shut, spiders on the bed, and air-conditioning very loud going on and off, difficult to sleep.

The place was filthy. Black spots on ceiling in shower stall. Wall needed painting. Tv worked for about 10 minutes then picture went fuzzy & stayed that way. No ice bucket & tray it stayed on looked like dead bugs. Overhaul very very unimpressed & this being the 2nd one WILL NEVER STAY THEIR AGAIN

Floors were dirty. Refrigerator wobbled like it was going to fall over. Bathroom door was cracked and would not stay open. Air conditioner vents flowed up into drapes and not into the room, and a/c kept going off during the night, never reached temperature we set it on. Several places on walls need repairs. Coffee was awful tasting. Very skimpy food.

Sheets were clean. Handicapped parking was right in front of our room. Easy access from I35.

Didn't appreciate that housekeeping stood outside our door and held a conversation with some at or around 9 am in the morning and then knocked on our door at 945 am to announce their presence, wanting to clean the room. Come on check out isn't until 11 am, give me a break. Oh not mention that the initial room we were given the toilet couldn't even handle us doing our business and flush properly. Called the front desk to ask for a plunger, they didn't have one...really? To thier credit they just moved us to another room, but please tell me why the bed was so uncomfortable, when is the last time this place has replaced a mattress in the hotel?

Reservation was mixed up, got a call the first morning and were told we were supposed to check out the day before. Rooms have multiple holes, patches and peeling paint. Woke up with a roach crawling on the bed. Shower control didn't work. Not the hotels fault, but the smell of pot was strong from someone nearby.

Staff were friendly. We made a last minute reservation and it was located near our family.

It was disgustingly dirty. I have never stayed anywhere more dirty than this place. We were over 7 hours from home, nowhere else to go, or we would have. The mattress had big bloody looking stains on both sides of it. Questionable dried gunk on spots on the walls.

The maintenance man was nice and sweet.

very run down and old, repairs were poorly poorly done. bed was slanted as in not level which made it uncomfortable to sleep, lots of air gaps around the door letting the cold in badly.
