Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms, although nicely updated, looked a little bare. Our room had a large chair in the corner but there could easily have been a love seat and coffee table. If we had been staying for several days, these would have been a great asset. Just a suggestion!
The lobby was under construction (new flooring) but otherwise this was a great stay for us en route home after a long time away. The room was large and comfortable. Continental breakfast options were standard.

Our sheets were worn in places. The bedding on the pull out had a few holes. Boiled eggs in cooler sitting in discolored liquid. Pool towels stained.
Close to the major hi-way. Near walmart and Sam’s club. Hot waffles and biscuits and gravy. Evening hot chocolate and tea available. Kids enjoyed the pool and said it was warm. Room was clean.

reasonable price for a small suite. close to interstate. 1 block or so, from Walmart. close enough to discover a new restaurant " Four Brothers" grill & bar.

Conveniently located. Helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable. Fairly quiet until the neighbors got up early (6:00 am) . No fault of the hotel.

Beds were high off the floor for us short-legged, less-flexible, oldsters..Would have liked another blanket in the middle of the night, didn't get up and go to desk. Not something you can fix, maybe, but tv has no guide to names of channels ( ABC, CBS, fox, metv, etc). Minor glitch, we weren't there long enough to be watching it.
Clean, pleasant room, easy access ( first floor, first room), ironing board and iron in the room! Mom and adult son here for grandson wedding, iron fit right in! Appreciated paid in advance, and check in at 2 pm rather than 3 or 4pm others require. Great choices for breakfast!

Nothing, we were completely satisfied.
Breakfast was great, the room was quiet and very comfortable. I felt the price was fair and worth the clean room and the comfortable bed. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we come through Sioux City. The lobby is warm and inviting, I Like the close access to the breakfast area.

For a handicapped room I think it should have had a shower and NOT a tub. Also the bed needs to be MUCH lower. I barely could crawl into it. Also on the website it says there is NO parking. Please change that. There was plenty of parking!!
I had a down and out room. It was a good thing as there were NO stairs. I could back right up to the door with my car.

We had trouble getting into our room. Key Cards did not work. Found the door handle was on upside down, having to lift up instead of down which is standard. Also one of the keys did not work at all.
Location was convenient along our route. Beds were comfortable. Price included a breakfast.

We are handicapped and also travel with a dog. Having to be on the second floor was an extremely difficult for us. Why are pet rooms on the upper floors?

Hard pillows. Water pressure not good.
Staff always greeted us. Very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Only fruit was apples and they looked really old. Boiled eggs were like frozen and tasted funny. Waffled we’re good Maybe English muffins would be nice with different kinds of mini muffins. Only blueberry was offered. Add hot chocolate to buffet
