Cleanliness in rooms, trim in room, bathrooms were rundown, spa wasn't working, walls were thin and I heard all that the rooms next door were doing

My husband and I have been going to this same Days Inn several times each year for the past 2.5 years. During that time the value has dropped noticably. The fees have gone up and the quality has gone down. The breakfast keeps having less and less offerings, there are fewer ammenities such as extra towels, body lotion, etc and there always seems to be something wrong with the room. This past visit the staff during two separate interactions were grumpy.

We like that the Days Inn is situated close to the freeway, some basic shops and Gresham as a whole.

It was ok, clean. We had a suite the only thing wrong the floor around the hot tub was pretty rotten.

I didn’t like the limited breakfast options. Not being made aware of hefty, added pet fees as they were not listed on the booking site.

I liked that my room was next to the exit. lol. Coffee was a plus. Bed was comfy.

The food was not expected as the volume of people is much more than the food displayed. The eggs were under cooked. Only one waffle maker so there was always a line waiting for use. The refrigerator was broken and lost entire vacation day waiting for replacement. You don’t have elevators.

The house keeping was friendly and excellent.

Rooms were pretty dirty. The bed frame had some sort of sticky substance on it. The bathroom door was was cracked in the wood. The bathroom had mold growing on the top corners of the shower , where it meets the walls. Additionally in the bathroom along the floor either had mold or dirt all along the edges. Pillow cases had many stains on them. There was some kind of weird caterpillar type bugs crawling on the walls. The pool had no towels.

First of all, the Deluxe Double Room option is completely misleading—there’s no such room in the hotel, so don’t be fooled by it. Additionally, the rooms are far from clean, with dust everywhere. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if you have kids.

The bullet hole in the window. Very dingy like the place hadn't seen a remodel or face lift in 20 years. The gym equipment was broken.

Room cleanliness. I’ve stayed here most years annually out of the last ten years. Property has gone down hill slowly over time. This year the fridge was broken and moldy, mildew in shower and shower curtain. Room was musty, floors unvacuumed. Bed cover was dirty as were some pillows. Stairways clearly uncleaned. And breakfast quality is not what it was.

The breakfast consisted of Costco type muffins which had been cut into slices, boiled egg, yogurt, cereal, oatmeat, bread and watered down waffle mix which resulted in a very crunchy waffle. The coffe and juice was nice. though.

The location was ok, burgerville serves breakfast.

The toilet Rocked when uou sat on it. I couldn't open the curtains, everyone could see in. And the one window I could kind of open, there was garbage everywhere. The 2nd day, the contential breakfast was left overs from the day before , 1 was 1 orange and waffle batter. And this was at 8 a.m.

For the price , it’s just right. Very convenient location for trips to gorge or MT. Hood.

Breakfast was simple coffee , toast , juice and yogurt . Good enough for me!
