My room had a light bulb above the vanity that keep flickering. Felt like I was going to have a seizure from it. Hotel provided shampoo bottle that was already half empty and no conditioner or soap. Hair Dryer worked for less than a minute and turned off. Tried to call the front desk and the phone in the room did not work! Had to look up the number on google and call in from my cell phone. (No hotel info on the in room phone- no number or address) Woman from front desk came to switch out the hair dryer but did nothing about the phone. I was told at check in breakfast was available but there was nothing- the room was full of boxes and looked like a storage closet at best. Definitely not a location where food was held or presented. Room had writing on the bathroom walls and back of the door, dirty walls in there as well. Air conditioner blew are only enough so that the person sleeping in the bed closest to it could be comfortable. Rest of the room was hot. This hotel had nice floors in the hall ways and beautiful chandeliers in the lobby. But the rooms were ran down and not checked after housekeeping serviced the rooms after last check out.

Staff was friendly. There was a pool and hot tub. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were good.

we were not advised that the Continental breakfast was not available. They tried to give us a bag of cold food but when we booked the room nothing was said and when we arrived nothing was said.

Looked ok from the outside. Towel rack came out of the wall, no light cover on the bathroom light, couldn’t call front desk because the phone cord was shredded so used my cell phone, burn hole in the blanket, covered carport looked like it was going to collapse

Breakfast is just coffee and granola bars. Mattress needs replacement. Pricey.

The TV did not work and was told nothing they could do. The check in person was not friendly at all. There were things falling apart that needed fixing. Every time you flushed the toilet the lever banged the lid. On inspection they had zip tied the lever to the valve. I was placed in the room next to a very busy street and the noise level was high.

The location was close to the people I needed to see.

Your people that u have at the front desk on 12/28 and then the morning lady rude you were talking to another guest service about a problem that we were having. This lady was on her personal phone and then stepped in the conversation. Rudely made a rude remark to a guest that I was with and to myself and it was very rudely and then she handled it very rudely and then I asked her a question when I checked out and then she was rude to me again. So you need to fix your customer service and I will definitely not be coming back to your hotel ever again

EV charging station pictured in website. No such charger exists. Total bait and switch. Only real reason i stayed here only to find out that didn’t exist. Fraudulent Cheap furniture but probably no different than most other cheap hotels. Noisy guests, but that’s probably just bad luck.

A few times the hallways smelled of Marijuana but it was only in the hallways never anywhere else.

I loved everything about this place. The staff was amazing, it was very clean the house keepers cleaned my room daily ( it was surprising to me). The breakfast was really good it was on the smaller side but really good options.
