Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

If you are not serving breakfast, that needs to be disclosed.
The room was OK - but this hotel could use a makeover. I chose the hotel because of the free breakfast - but it was grab and go bags, not breakfast. Ended up going out for breakfast both days. Would stay on campus in the future.

The floor looked dirty. you wouldn't like walking on it bare foot. The breakfast simply was bad.
The location was the best about this hotel. Wifi was wonderful too. Considering that the building is a bit old, i found my room clean and tidy.

Wish the hotel rooms were updated like the lobby. but, it was still comfortable to come to at the end of a long day. The AC unit in one room wasn’t blowing cold air. Had to change room. The AC in the new room was so much better.
The lobby is nicely updated and the hotel is clean.

Older hotel. Management prompt in responding to maintenance issues. Handled very well
While other hotels have advertised breakfast but on arrival not provided it due to covid, there was both hot & cold food available here. Close to University vet clinic and Gophers stadium. Many restaurants within short walk

The only think that could be improved are the rugs. Those seem very old and give an old and not well-maintained look to what is a very decent hotel.
The location is perfect because is extremely close to the bus stop and the Metro stop. It is also a few blocks away to the stores and restaurants zone. The room was good, it had all I needed. I liked the bathroom because it was very clean and had a tub. The breakfast was light as it was described, the only down side was that everything in the package was sweet. What I liked most about it was that it was lactose free.

Breakfast was underwhelming (apple sauce, small packet of orange juice and a pre-packaged muffin) but good enough. If you want to drink tea you might want to bring your own hot water thermos because it's only available on the 1st floor and the cups are small; I had to make multiple trips down to the 1st floor for this.
Staff were very friendly, the location was great (next to the university and next door to the subway station), room was on the older side but clean and housekeeping was very good. 24/7 front desk available which was convenient if you have a late or early flight. Because it's next to the university there was a variety of restaurants within 2-3 minutes walking distance.

Due to "COVID " they only had a small bagged meals (complimentary) rather than a real complimentary breakfast. Appreciated all the same anyways thank you.

No continental breakfast, Rooms & beds were smaller than expected so had to rent an additional room in order to be comfortable during our 2 night stay, and was expecting to be able to enjoy a swimming pool although i could have misread

First room I was given (rm 104) smelled of pet urine and cigarette smoke, covered over with a deodorizer. I was able to be transferred to a room that was clean.
