Everything was amazing!!!

From the moment we walked through the doors of the hotel it was amazing. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. The rooms were amazing. They were a nice size and very clean. The bathroom had a nice large countertop with plenty of room for all of my toiletries and makeup. I would highly recommend this hotel. we will be back when we come to Philadelphia next time.

breakfast was plain, fruit or yogurt not available every day. cleaning of rooms was done randomly, few days in a row, than few days not my card was charged for some cost after departure but cost not indicated on invoice, and when asked by e-mail no answer received

There’s almost no sound insulation to the next room or the street. I can hear everything going on in the next room and on the streets.

The room was smaller than the usual size room, but it was adequate for our needs.

1. Could not get inside the doors were locked 2. James at the front desk wasn’t even close to friendly 3. vending machines on every floor were completely empty 4. the rooms were OLD, pealing paint, room just weren’t up to the usual Holiday Inn standards 5. parking was RIDICULOUS!!! I paid a lot for the hotel room should not have to pay $32 for less than a 10 hour stay!!! 6. Almost an hour before check out time housekeeping knocked, and knocked on our door. we drove 10 hours that day, we need a little more rest. we werent close to check out time 7. we used the stairs and I am not kidding I thought we were going to fall!!! It’s all metal but it’s not bolted down so the stairs and landing feel extremely unstable 8. we have stayed at a lot of holy wks, kids did travel volleyball for several years I think this was just mediocre at best! My bed wasn’t super comfortable, the pillows were pretty lumpy. if they updated the rooms and hallway, or lowered the price it would be much better

The bathtub was not very clean, there was a black mold growing under the soap dish. We also didn’t have any soap. The walls are very thin, so you hear people talking. The furnishings are very dated and there isn’t a USB port anywhere. We also booked a room with 2 double beds and ended up with one king bed. Parking at the hotel was not included.

The staff was incredibly friendly! They were always happy and positive to everyone. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. We had a wonderful view of the Ben Franklin bridge. The breakfast was always fresh. The parking is very secure.

Coming from out of town.... Wasn't pleased with the $32 paid parking

The stay was very pleasant. Our front desk rep was Mr. Shabezz ( I hope I spelled his name correctly). His energy and customer service was exceptional! We were pleased with our room upgrade. Also, a special treat was the Dove products Having a VIP EXPERIENCE felt GREAT!🙏🏽🤗
