Even though we only stayed one night and didn't get to use it the pool area and it's self was very nice, and they also offer bikes to borrow to ride around the area

Delightful train museum throughout the hallways, especially the Hobo Symbols which added amusement and explained the etching on our room door. Clean, soft, thick towels & washcloths (rare at hotels, so THANK YOU!!). Fun chance to play pool in their lobby. Friendly, outgoing staff. Nice breakfast. Reasonably priced. Wonderful experience!

Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the WiFi and YouTube on the tv was a lifesaver for my kiddos, pool wasn’t cold, resteraunt was close by. This place is beautiful and I’d stay there again! Kids loved the playground and the sound of the train nearby.

United StatesOnly one complaint. The outlet between the two beds had a dead socket. One worked one didn't. We could plug in the clock or the lamp but not both. We did alert the desk crew but it wasn't fixed before we left. However, it was the weekend so that may have factored in.
the staff was fantastic. When we left it was before the start of breakfast time but the gal put out some grab and go stuff for us so that we didn't have to start the morning hungry. She also made a fresh pot of coffee so we could have it hot.
