Shuttle bus issues. They shuttle does not run frequently and it starts late and ends early. Last shuttle leaves downtown to return to the hotel at 10:15 pm. Who leaves Duval St by 10:00 pm?? The drop-off location is also less than ideal

Everything was good

Clean and comfortable hotel located quite far away from old town but shuttle bus was provided for hotel guests. Plenty of parking space, was able to park car conveniently near room. With car easy access to nearby Publix grocery store and restaurants. Room price not exactly cheap but hey this is Key West and this hotel was relatively quite good value for money. Also got upgrade from normal room to suite which was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel.

Temperature control was broken and set to auto AC that ran for a minute every 15 minutes. Due to that, it was either very cold for a minute or very hot for the next 15. Also, the room got pretty noisy with the cars nearby.

We enjoyed the complementary shuttle service to the city. The chicken were a welcome sight. We didn't use the pool. The breakfast was run-of-the-mill.

You can noise in your room

The property is good beds are very comfortable. the only thing that I didn’t like. It’s a little noisy. You can hear people talking and you can also hear people walking in top of your room. The roosters are around, but they really didn’t bother me at all. And the buffet breakfast is good too.

It was little slow with check-in and there were some areas where they nickled and dimed us (shuttle bus appeared that it was complimentary, but it wasn't).

The hotel is in a nice location about 15 mins drive to the primary spots, rooms are well kept and the complimentary perks are great. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Binita for helping us out with all the questions that we had promptly and efficiently.

Parking spaces were so close together we got two dings in our door which we never had before. Not happy!!! Plus the painted areas were not up dated. Very faded and looked dirty. Glass for the outside aesthetics were broken or the trim was dingy and dirty. Not enough handicap parking areas either. My husband had a stroke so he needs the room to get out of the car. I would have to get him out of the car before I parked, not cool!

Breakfast was good but waffle batter was really runny but ok. Plenty of seating to eat breakfast.

The hotel was quite expensive for a not so central location and the hotel could improve their efforts on re-usable cutlery (1 time use plastic for glasses, cutlery and cups, with no other option available) and ecology in general.

The hotel is great with parking and breakfast included, plus a free shuttle to the center (even though we did not have a chance to use it). Our room was clean, big and calm (even being close to the pool we did not hear anything a part from the roosters, but that’s part of the charm of Key West).

Check in was at 3:00 pm. I arrived around 3:30 and my room had not been cleaned. Told me they would call me when the room was ready. Showed up around 5:00 pm, not having received a call to find my room was now ready.

The only complaint that I would have would be the value. Everything else was as expected. The price for this property seemed very high compared to other properties of similar type and location.
