Clean our bathroom!!!! There was a bandaid on the frame of the shower from a previous person. I wasn't touching it neither was my wife. And it was still there when we left I had to call to have towels and toilet paper brought up. Our room service the 1st night they forgot about us we called back an hour and a half later and thy had no clue we had to reorder the food. Very upsetting 😡

Messed up my booking charge me for extra days when I only stayed here for 1 day this place charging me for 2 days they even locked me and the kids out of the room and I had to pull all 3 of my kids out of the pool to walk to front desk to get new room keys had to spend more time on phone To fix there mistake then having fun at pool with my kids so I’ll never come back to this place again complete rip off and u book threw there website they give you one price then u get here it’s double the price

Pool area was pretty crowded but that was due to the hotel being close to fully booked for a dance competition or something like that.

On site restaurant was nice, decent food and friendly staff. The adult beverages were good and playing billiards with my kids was fun. Pool and hot tub were fantastic as well.

The hotel pool and hot tub did not look very clean (water dingy) so didn’t use. The overall cleanliness of the room wasn’t great, especially noticeable in the bathroom. The grout on the tile floor was brown in several space and made more noticeable by it being white in the corners. This combined with small stains in the ceiling and on wallpaper made me question overall cleanliness.

Full breakfast buffet included with room was good. Lots of choices and plenty of food.

Someone else's dirty sock in our sheets!! So we're sheets ever changed?? Lots of concerns here. My son's told us in the am, the sheets looked dirty with crusty debris on the pull out bed. Ordered food to go from Characters at 855. Wasn't very busy. Waited over an hour. As more people showed up, they all got their orders that were placed after ours. Bartender went and checked twice. Went back to room at 1004, 2 orders were incorrect. Dairy allergies. Called 4 times and staff was upset because kitchen closed at 10. Finally they agreed to remake. Basically brought us the same turkey club with cheese, aioli sauce and buttered bun. Also asked for plain bacon cheeseburger and it had mayo, lettuce, tomato and that same aioli sauce.

Walking in the ambiance was very nice.

There was blood stains on the bed covers and they didn’t move us to another room and we had to stay there with our grandson who slept on a chair due to his anxiety couldn’t sleep

The staff was good they need more help specially security The pool area was disgusting people with loud music smoking marijuana in the pool area. They need the police is better. What a shame.

The property was OK needs updating did the police mall the the people that stay there they were disgusting arguing, fighting after midnight crank calling people rooms smoking marijuana in the hotel. Disgusting not worth the money.

The TV was not working, and it the front disk didn't respond. Also, I got a text as soon as I got to the room asking if everything was OK , which was a great touch, but when I responded with the TV problem, I got no answer at all. Finally, after a couple of hours, I called again, and the problem was solved.

Room was dirty. There was rubbish from previous guests on the floor. There were large clumps of hair in the bathroom. There were globs of something red that had been spilled on the rug, still tacky and not cleaned up. There were opened tea bags in the coffee station

The beds were comfortable. Front staff was helpful. Pool was clean and warm enough to swim in.

There are no food vending machines. Only drinks. Also there is barely any water pressure.

I love that it wasn't that busy and we had the pool to ourselves in the morning. I really like the items they provide shampoo , conditioner and body wash. Also the beds are extremely comfortable.

Two weddings were going on both days that we stayed & there were alcohol cans scattered throughout the hotel as well as vomit in the hallway. You can hear a lot through the walls.

Beautiful property, huge comfy bed, and the room was very spacious. The restaurants on the property were very convenient, and staff was super nice. Would definitely come back, however I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a warm cookie at check in 💔

EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A RESTAURANT WE DID NOT USE IT. WE HAD PLANS WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF FAMILY. THEY HAVE A LOUNGE WERE WE MET. I THINK YOU CAN ORDER FOOD /SNACKS , COFFEE IN THE LOBBY ALL THE TIME. VERY CLEAN VERY FRIENDLY. RIGHT OFF THE HIGHWAY. BIG RESTAURANT ACROSS THE HIGHWAY 3 MIN DRIVE TO IT
