We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The restaurant is fantastic, and they always have my favorite beer on tap (Raider Red). The manager Dee always remembers us and makes sure we feel at home. We won't stay anywhere else in Lubbock!

United StatesThe location was right down the road from The Buddy Holly Hall. It is also very close to the Tech campus. We were greeted with warm cookies ( they were delicious). The rooms were large and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed food and drinks in their restaurant. They even had live music!
