They charge to park, I'm staying at the hotel and paid a high price already and now had to pay more to park. That's not right. And a charge for incidental per day. Also could have used a microwave

WiFi did not work in the rooms. The network strength was very weak, often undetectable. When it did connect, the connection would often drop.

Room was comfortable and the view was as good as it could get (from the US side). Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful and polite!

The restaurant in the hotel treated me like a peasant even though I was in a suite. They didn't want to seat me at first. Made me and my waiter uncomfortable the entire meal. Tipped him well to settle all the other restaurant workers negative attitudes. I had a quality stay though. Worth the $$$ just don't eat there.

The Hotel accommodations themselves were great I got what I paid for.

The pool and hot tub were very dirty. They list it as being in the city center and it's really not. The amount you have to pay extra for parking on top of how expensive the hotel is for absolutely nothing special is ridiculous. Save your money and stay at a hotel that has parking included, breakfast, a clean pool, and if you want to be in the city center do your research or stay right outside and just drive down and pay for the day since this hotel charges you for it anyways. Just super disappointed when the reason we chose it was for the kids to swim and relax in the hot tub after our day and that was a total let down.

The pool was dirty lots of hair and random things floating around in it. Also they should have a drop off and pick up to the falls for non able people trying to get to the falls .

I our room is my favorite as it is spacious, clean, our window is facing the river. Elevators are super fast, no waiting. I like the pool , the restaurant, they serve delicious food. Our tour guide was also on time. We had a great time!

The hotel location is next to what I consider a questionable part of the area.

I stay in Doubletree's 4 weeks during the year for business in NY. Have always had excellent experience.

The lady at check in was rude because we used booking .com instead of booking directly through the hotel. Didn't want to give me water because of it. Finally showed her I was a member of Marriott rewards member then she gave me some but said I wouldn't get any reward points which is bull crap because we paid good money to stay there.. Also on the second night there were kids everywhere and they were noisy next to us.

Location was good . Most staff was good. The restaurant staff was excellent. Food and drinks were amazing.

Terrible restaurant. Dirty and old furniture. The food was cold. Waitresses outfit - it looks like they have used it for years.

One restaurant, a lot of food options. The one place they recommend outside the hotel was terrible! Be prepared for Fees! ( state tax on parking too, lodging tax and destination fee tax for each night you book)

Locate, so close to Niagara Falls state Park. You can walk! The park is so big though, so we drove to it but it is almost behind hotel.
