Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe shower stall did back up upon the first shower, and we had to wait a while in between each shower. The walking path that was recommended to get down the falls at night to see the illumination was definitely great during the day but in desperate need of more lighting. Of course I realize that’s not anything the hotels can do anything about; but maybe if they all talk to the township.
Staff was terrific, loved the cookies upon arrival that was a wonderful touch especially after a long drive. It was the perfect location to the falls and all the shops. Very stylish and clean and worked great for our family

Check in staff were very rude when I reach at night the room was not properly clean when I commented no apology was given, they just state rudly come will check u out! Check out staff was rude also,she took long time to check us out despite our call to her 15 min before coming to reception, we waited in the long que again till she attend to us then she called the house keeper to check which took time although we had nothing extra on our room and we told her we had a trip to catch, she didn't care and stat she is the only one..the only exception was 2nd day morning shift staff her name is ?cristine not sure was welcoming and help us to change the room.

Nice breakfast buffet. Close to downtown Niagara Falls. Comfortable bed. Nice coffee bar in the lobby in the morning. Quiet hallways at night so you didn't get disturbed.
