Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesIt’s an older property that looks a little tired. The price of the room did not match up with the interior.
Conveniently located to the friend I was visiting.

United StatesNo complaints. Good place in Oly.
Queen suite with comfortable bed and a sleeper sofa. Nicely furnished. Small bar with a great, conversational bartender. Helpful front desk crew and really good, warm cookies at check-in. Coffee and tea service all day in lobby. free on site parking. And a great location in downtown Oly.

United StatesParking lot was full.
Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Facilities nice. Great that it was easy to avoid elevators and use stairs- prominently located and wide and inviting to activities in lobby. Gave a good level of activity to the whole ground floor lobby area. Made the stay easier than usual hotel situation.

United StatesThe pool didn't have a changing area.
The room was physically divided into two spaces: sleeping and work/relaxation. The sleeping area had a king-size bed (comfortable), lamps with usb ports, a TV, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom had a walk-in shower (sans tub). The work/relaxation area had a full sized L-desk with office chair and phone. It also had a large Samsung TV with Direct TV and I could mirror internet content from my phone. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fitness room and pool.

United StatesFacility is getting a little rough around the edges. Particularly in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, but not good enough to justify the extra charge. Otherwise, a great stay.
Great location with easy walking to restaurants and a great coffee shop. Friendly staff at the hotel and nice walking trail, around the lake, nearby.

United StatesWish they had let us know it was a community celebration that night and there would be fireworks! There was a power outage- not their fault but wish they had let us know what was going on.
The breakfast and location were great. Will stay again.

United StatesWe have stayed here before because of its location right on the bay and in downtown. Very walkable. We ate breakfasts in the nearby cafes rather than in the hotel. Hotel lobby and room were clean, beds comfortable. All in all, whenever we visit Olympia we will stay here. Note: The hotel parking filled up very quickly.

CanadaWe couldn’t figure out the ac/heater and it only blew really warm air, there was dirt and dust in the corners of the room.
I liked the location since it was close enough to the Capitol, yummy restaurants, and the theatre. We enjoyed the lounge and the gentleman running the bar. He looked and acted like he enjoyed his job and that drew us to the lounge. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The free parking was a definite bonus considering the location of the hotel.

United StatesThe two main reasons I picked this hotel over another was because of the pool and free breakfast. I got an email from the hotel the day before my stay stating the pool was closed and would continue that way for the next few months. Then when I got there it was open, but I didn't pack a swimsuit because I was told it was closed. It listed breakfast in the amenities but said nothing about an extra cost. I assumed it would be free. Not even the coffee was free. And the "free cookies" are nowhere to be found. Should be advertised on booking.com that you have to pay extra for breakfast. Was not allowed to check in until 4pm and out by noon. That means I am not even getting 24 hours for my stay. I don't know how hotels keep getting away with this.
very clean rooms, nice and quiet, great shower, great location, lots of free parking, staff was super friendly

United StatesPastries at breakfast could have been better, as well as having granola as a cereal option.
The staff was great—we had to cancel two nights of our stay because of a family medical emergency and they were both understanding and kindly approved the cancellation without penalty. The breakfast was fairly good—hot eggs, oatmeal, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, coffee. The room was comfortable and quiet. FREE PARKING was a great extra.

United StatesThe parking lot. The space in between the stripes is really narrow and best appeals with compact cars, I drive a 10ft long pickup and it was tricky maneuvering around in the hotel parking area, they only have one and it was full every night I stayed. If that parking area fills up then you have to park in the street, luckily I didn't have to do that during my stay but I did have to squeeze into some tight spaces, thank goodness I didn't damage other cars with my door and vis versa.
Location is the biggest like about this property. I was on vacation and wanted the ability to stay and get walking-distance access in the city and this hotel was perfect. This hotel also makes an ideal stay for those on business trips. Breakfast is very good too.

CanadaIt was advertised as having a pool, which is the reason we picked this hotel for my teen but upon booking and when the hotel sent a confirmation, there was a notification that the pool was being serviced so no pool!

United StatesBreakfast was not included which was challenging for us. Staff were lovely. Only concern is that I did not get stay credits for the days that I apparently booked through a 3rd party. Stay credits were one of the reasons I chose to stay with the Hilton. That part was frustrating.
