Had to purchase breakfast, didn’t have a free one. When I booked the hotel, it said breakfast. So I assumed it was free. That’s something I take into consideration when booking because that’s another added expense.

The room was decent. The staff tried their best but they were very understaffed, to the point that the check in was delayed. There were also no towels in our room. I had to call the lady at the front desk about the towel, she informed me that they were short staffed and I would have to come down to the front counter for towels.

Pool was closed for maintenance. In the description, it states the pool will be open during your stay. We were busy, but I was considering booking another night. Since it was closed, I chose to not stay there. My kid was looking forward to the pool.

I liked the location of our room. We were right next to the exit door so it was easy to come and go. Room was clean. It was quiet also.

Good size, clean and spacious. But room wasn't ready 1.5 hrs after check-in time. Only one person at check out but she is super nice. Lighting could be brighter and lamps could use a update. Big enough room to work boxing mitts.

Smelled like cigarette smoke and the rooms were not well ventilated. Installing fans to suck out the air in the bathrooms would help with this.

Location and value were great. Beds were surprisingly comfortable as well. Also, want to give a shout out to Scotty at the front desk! What a rare gem he is! Great smile and energy.

It was under construction, looked like the shinning no room # signs, n half the doors don't have #s on them. The paint fumes were heavy, on each floor, like fix 1 floor at a time not have it ALL tore up

It seemed like it was in the middle of being refurbished but never finished. There was water damage on that bathroom door that had been painted over. A drawer missing a handle. A second peephole that was loose and could be pulled out.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was good.

Hot tub could have been cleaner. Don't like your beds, but that's just a preference. I like a softer bed.

It needs to be refreshed a little, new coat of paint, new shower curtain and clean the shower with Clorox. Shower was clean but the grout needed to be scrubbed with bleach.

The staff was excellent, they offer great service. Great location, we went to downtown for a game and it was very easy and quick to get there and back. Very nice area, and breakfast had great variety.

The pool is so small and drab, no frills! The property needs to be updated! The rugs are gross 😝 the fridge is super tiny and froze everything or let the ice cream melt if turned down, there was a huge Crack in our wall, the bathroom outlets didn't work, several other outlets are so old the plugs won't stay in and, therfore unusable.

the breakfast was awesome, location was great! The staff was wonderful, for the most part. The property, was fairly clean.
