Breakfast choice was menu only. We normally prefer a good breakfast buffet when we stay at a Double Tree. We took up breakfast at nearby fast foods. Coffee only available during morning hours.

I felt for the price, this hotel wasn't worth it. It was alright and clean enough, but there was nothing luxury about this hotel and I expect more from Hilton. The hotel itself was more like what you would expect from a Holiday Inn or Best Western, but the pricing is more like a Marriott or Omni. Also, charging $12/night for parking in what is just a large parking lot is not cool. Especially with the cost of the room already being so high for what you get. Breakfast should be included as well.

Good location if you're in Durango as a tourist, to ride the Durango Silverton train and see the main/old town. It's literally right across the street from the train depot. The room was large, with plenty of pillows, and we had a room with a balcony overlooking the river. Whenever we were in the room, I had the sliding glass doors open so we could hear the sound of the river.

Had to wait quite a while to be seated at the hotel restaurant for lunch but the food was good. And expensive.

Staff was nice and accommodating. They accommodated my late checkout. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff were very nice for room 220. Nice river view from balcony. Nothing to complain about! Will stay here again.

The property looks like it needs a make-over. Cost exceeds the value of this hotel. For the money, I would have expected at least a mini-bar in the fridge.

Didn't eat breakfast there. Liked the view from our room, but wouldn't pay as much as we did for that view again.

The bed was a bit worn on one side….convex in the middle.

The location along the river is beautiful and it's right in town. It's expensive.

There were water leak stains in the ceiling of the bathroom and of the entrance hall of the room. It really needed a hand of paint. Shower curtains seem to be something of the past, it’s hard not to touch them while having a shower and I don’t think they change them between guests.

The location was good, just a short walk to Main Street. Also it was very nice to walk by the river.

There was a problem with the reservation. The hotel did not have our reservation. Booking.com did not complete the reservation process. The hotel manager was able to work around the issue.

Price of food service was high.

Great location, view from the room was really nice. Food from the restaurant was good but pricey and they were understaffed. Reservation desk employees were very pleasant and helpful.
