The location was beautiful, with a view from our balcony to the marina and San Francisco. The traditional American breakfast at Berkeley Boathouse was good.

It is quite big and it can be confusing like if you arrive late and you are tired and your door number is far away, it can be tricky to find your room.

It was way better than I expected, and being next to the Marina was great and beautiful. The restaurant was quite good and great view, and prices were not exaggerated! I will definitely go back again.

It’s pleasantly located with bay walks all around. It also can feel slightly sketchy because the back parking lot is open to the walking areas and sometimes people are hanging out there who aren’t associated with the hotel. The hotel consists of separate buildings like condos and depending where you are it can be quite a walk to lobby. Cleaning staff are very friendly, desk staff are not. I had to wait so long for my order to be taken at the restaurant for dinner I left and went into Berkeley. However breakfast service is good and the food is quality. You have to have a car if you want to leave hotel. The hotel doesn’t quite live up to the cost in my view or what one expects of a Hilton.

The food options are overpriced and unappetizing. The location is good for being by the water, but there aren't many restaurants nearby. The hotel food options need to be better.

We wished that the beds offered were queen-sized instead of doubles. But they worked fine.

We loved the location of the hotel, which was central to Berkeley and a quick trip to SF. The view of the Berkeley Marina was beautiful. If you want a view of SF across the Bay, you would need to be specific to request the building other than the #1 Building. We loved the hospitality, gift of cookies, the pool and spa.

I really don't like the fact that you get charged for parking..thats $40/night which is crazy..were paying for the room, why are we being charged an extra 40 a night?? If it was valet I can understand a charge but im usually staying there for work and typically its about a week so now im out 200+ just for parking and there isnt anything special about the parking.

The location is great! You can take a walk and enjoy the ocean which is a huge bonus

the bartender was disengaged. cared more about getting the servers drinks, than his own patrons. 🤔

Location is excellent right in the bay/narina, we loved walking there and the view. Room was very good, clean. Restaurant was too expensive for us but we used the little market area.

There was a mini fridge but not a microwave, which would have been useful.

I didn't have the breakfast. I appreciated the coffee maker in the room and the water. The king size bed was great. I was glad to have a bath tub and luxurious bath products. My room had a balcony with a fabulous vew overlooking the Marina.

The pictures on the site was accurate and the hotel was exactly like that showed on the site. There was a free pool, jacuzzi and sauna that we could access. After a long day of going around, the added facilities were a blessing.

I had a group partying until late in the next room, and could not easily fall asleep (had an early morning the next day).

They were incredibly kind to me.

Balcony was small - could only fit 2 chairs sideways. Nevertheless it was nice to have one

The facility is outdated and a bit rundown. Exterior paint faded. Property needs a facelift.

Service is great; you can tell it is a Hilton property. We had a small dog and enjoyed patio door access to green space.

Upscale pretensions but not quite there. Room rate seems like a bargain but not once you add $40/night parking, when no one but guests would park there. Very expensive, but ordinary, breakfast. Even the ordinary water left in the room is for pay.

My building number was not marked from the outside. It wasn't easy to locate at night. After I found it, it was not a problem.

The restaurant is marginal. The staff was great but the food isn’t great. We ate there once before and were disappointed but with no close by options, we tried again. This time we thought we’d get a hamburger because it would be an easy bet but it just didn’t make it.

Great location, great walking paths right there.the room was very comfortable and quiet and the staff is very friendly.
