We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesIt is quite big and it can be confusing like if you arrive late and you are tired and your door number is far away, it can be tricky to find your room.
It was way better than I expected, and being next to the Marina was great and beautiful. The restaurant was quite good and great view, and prices were not exaggerated! I will definitely go back again.

United StatesIt’s pleasantly located with bay walks all around. It also can feel slightly sketchy because the back parking lot is open to the walking areas and sometimes people are hanging out there who aren’t associated with the hotel. The hotel consists of separate buildings like condos and depending where you are it can be quite a walk to lobby. Cleaning staff are very friendly, desk staff are not. I had to wait so long for my order to be taken at the restaurant for dinner I left and went into Berkeley. However breakfast service is good and the food is quality. You have to have a car if you want to leave hotel. The hotel doesn’t quite live up to the cost in my view or what one expects of a Hilton.

We loved the location of the hotel, which was central to Berkeley and a quick trip to SF. The view of the Berkeley Marina was beautiful. If you want a view of SF across the Bay, you would need to be specific to request the building other than the #1 Building. We loved the hospitality, gift of cookies, the pool and spa.

United StatesI really don't like the fact that you get charged for parking..thats $40/night which is crazy..were paying for the room, why are we being charged an extra 40 a night?? If it was valet I can understand a charge but im usually staying there for work and typically its about a week so now im out 200+ just for parking and there isnt anything special about the parking.
The location is great! You can take a walk and enjoy the ocean which is a huge bonus

United StatesThe restaurant is marginal. The staff was great but the food isn’t great. We ate there once before and were disappointed but with no close by options, we tried again. This time we thought we’d get a hamburger because it would be an easy bet but it just didn’t make it.
Great location, great walking paths right there.the room was very comfortable and quiet and the staff is very friendly.
