Until I got there, I wasn't aware that there was a daily fee for parking. Also, the receipt I received after checkout had a daily rate of $119.96. Which means that even with the parking fees I had to pay ($53.26), booking through them would have been cheaper than through booking.com (on this particular trip). I had a very slow drain in the bathroom sink. No convenience for getting ice. If there were other amenities to enjoy such as gym or game room, it was not evident.

Location is good if you're going to a theme park.

One of the elevators did not work properly, the tub in my room was dirty, the charger on one side of the bed did not work, expensive for it just being a basic hotel, nothing is complimentary at this hotel even the water vouchers you pay at checkout! Got charged 103 for stuff I didn’t even use. Never had coffee at the hotel or breakfast, never rented dvds but still got charged for it. The snacks at the mini mart was insanely expensive! $5 for a small Bag of popcorn! I don’t think I’ll be staying at this hotel again. And not to mention the $300 hold For the hotel. That was most of my spending money for my stay. Completely outrageous for a hotel that is just basic! Not happy at all

The property was dirty. I was given a room i didn’t book and had to argue with the managers to get it switched. We have two kids, Super inconvenient, no apology etc, they were not accommodating. Nasty dirty rooms. The sofa had stains on it. There was dust in the corner of the rooms and on curtains. The rooms and the hallway smelled like old museum with old artifacts, hence the dust. The bedsheets and mattress also had stains on it. There was no fan in the bathroom and the bathroom did not lock, it was broken. The microwave was dirty. Provided only two water bottles a day in this heat that were not even cold. The breakfast staff were rude and took a long time to seat you then complained we sat on our own, they wanted us to wait a long time just standing their with two small kids. The elevator stopped working and when it was working someone left their dirty water tub with a mop in the elevator, smelled really bad. One of the customers was complaining of cockroaches, and they didn’t believe her. I stay in 4 and 5 star hotels and never again will i consider 3 star.

breakfast was delicious but it was overpriced. And there were many many hidden fees. And one elevator went down on Friday morning and by the time I left on Saturday it was still not working.

The pool was beautiful. Loved the splash pad for the baby. Staff was all friendly, especially the servers at breakfast.

Pool was under construction which wasn't mentioned when I booked and would have been a deal breaker for me.had to walk a mile to another resort to enjoy the pool wasn't compensated in any way for the inconvenience at least could have offered a shuttle ride to and from the other resort. Was not happy at all about the pool situation.
