The only issue is, the seating area outside the hotel is plagued with beggers and homeless people.

We didn’t love that we were constantly hit with marijuana when we exited the building. It’s a public space but there never failed to be someone there smoking.

Every staff member we encountered was kind and courteous! We had a problem with our room not being cleaned after a few days and a call downstairs the day before. The problem was solved but we only had a cleaned room for two days of the trip. The location is awesome, fifteen minutes walk from most things, walkable to subway, and plenty of food options. The room was perfect size for both of us, not surprised by smaller NY room. The bathroom wasn’t cramped and we had adequate space. The security on property made us feel safe, even with some questionable people out on the street.

While the room could house up to 4 people, there were not many options when it came to hanging towels, and the room itself was small, but an understandable inconvenience when you take the supreme location into account.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not sufficiently insulated against noise - whether from the next room, from the street or the refrigerator, you always have noise around... Since the hotel room is not large, so the hotel bed is also unfortunately quite short. My feet - and I am only 1.75m tall - always hung over the edge of the bed.

The location is really great. The hotel is easy to reach from both airports. Close to Times Square and Broadway. The staff is very polite and everytime I was in the lobby, there were somebody of them.

I asked for a room on a floor as high as possible but was given the tenth floor out of 30+ floors. Last year, I was in the 27th floor. much better views.

The location is great. The staff were friendly. The room is small but clean and has everything you need.

Bathroom towels could be larger and fluffier, they were a bit on the cheap end.

Sure the rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable and the bathroom/shower was great, plus they're quiet which is a plus for the area. The rooftop terrace and bar has amazing views, staff was very friendly, and location is very central.

there is no light shading curtain, no privacy

At first, air conditioning is super noisy, too loud to fall asleep, so I ask for room change. They send me engineer at 10pm, he fixed the problem, I can fall asleep. They got 24h engineer to fix problem, thank them

I really enjoyed my short stay here. The room is small but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice walk in shower with good water pressure. Very convenient location.

Radio play via corridor loudspeakers during the night was a bit annoying.

Very friendly staff, good location close to Penn Station. Room was small, but clean and adequate for singles. Breakfast selection was good but not large. However, everything offered was of high quality.
