Times Square few blocks away only. Easy access to subway station. Nearby have famous delicious bagel shops. Room is not big but comfortable stay. Room cleaning everyday.

Everything was excellent, nothing at all was wrong.

Great location, convenient to the rail stations such as Penn Station, Central location, so everything amenable really impressed and will book again. The hotel was clean and spacious , with good communal areas, lifts clean as well as room corridors. We didn't eat or drink within the hotel, so we can not comment on this aspect of the hotels facilities.

The room was a little small, we were there for a week and storing clothes for 2 people was a bit of a struggle. But what do you expect in NYC space is a premium.

The staff were amazing especially marlin on reception He could not do enough for us he went above and beyond and upgraded our room to two queen beds which made our stay so much more comfortable The security was great always opening the door for us and the guy putting our luggage into storage was so nice

What was going on down below in front of the hotel wasn’t always fun. But to be expected so nothing!

There was nothing i did not like.

All the facilities and staff meet my expectations. The bed was the most comfortable Ive ever had in a hotel so thank you for that. Staff were super helpful and went above and beyond when I asked for a late checkout and if they could hold my luggage as my flight was late at night.

The room was tiny and very noisy all night with traffic, sirens etc. Drinks at rooftop bar were mega expensive.

The staff are great. Very helpful, accommodating and understanding. They were very helpful with local suggestions, arranged for a birthday set up in the room which was amazing and lastly they do excellent cookies! I also really enjoyed the view of the rooftop bar at night.

The configuration was a little odd, with the small alcove for the desk almost unusable after my suitcase blocked off the access. The window also opened to a brick wall so that was slightly depressing...

Room location was great - reviews seemed to suggest the area around was a little rough, but I didn't have such issue. Very accessible with various food / transport options nearby. As a solo traveler, I thought the room was fit for function, but the size / layout might have been a little struggle for a couple. The configuration left a few dead areas (and some difficulty laying out my suitcase). Otherwise clean and comfortable. No issue with the road traffic noise (maybe because I had a decently high floor).

The hotel was clean and in a great location. It didn't take long to walk to the Subway, Madison Square Garden, Times Square, and the Empire State Building were all within a five minute walk. The coffee machine in the room was easy to use. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. We enjoyed the bar on the roof, the views of the city were amazing. There are lots of food places nearby too.
