We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesDo not like to put room key in slot to have lights. you need to have Nights Lights in room and bath. Bath door shut, and I was in pitch dark, and hit my forehead on corner of wall at coffee station.. That was 6 days ago, and it still hurts. Need to put bag liners in trash cans. No one should have to handle soiled Depends, bloody pads, or snotty tissues . I used a plastic bag from my suitcase. Extend Brkfst to 10:00. Need more clothes hangers.
Breakfast was good, but you need bacon. Threw waffle away, not good. Biscuits were delicious, but there was no sausage in gravy. Beds comfortable.

NorwayThe motion sensor for the bathroom light was annoying because it wasn't turning on a night light. So in the middle of the night if you need the toilet the full lights come on and the whole room is then disturbed. It can then be turned off manually but then within an hour the motion sensor is then enabled again.
Ikea was in walking distance, very nice. Hospitality of dinner & drinks + breakfast included was good. Not really many options of healthy food, but appropriate according to the majority of those we saw as guests...

Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. The luggage racks were easy to steer. The elevators worked seamlessly (which is a big deal for someone afraid of them). This place was amazing. Served breakfast and dinner. Pool and hot tub were clean and amazing!!
