I always use flavored creamer in my coffee and was disappointed that wasn't an option. (Such a measly complaint after that wonderful breakfast!)
Outstanding breakfast! So many choices! I helped myself to biscuits and gravy (a rare treat) and then noticed the pancakes station. But then there were eggs and potatoes and sausage and oatmeal with all those toppings. So very good -- all of it. Did I mention the raisin toast? Excellent! I'd also like to mention the staff who came in to replenish when needed. They were so friendly. One even offered to dispose of my dirty dishes.

Loved everything about the hotel except for two things. Couldn’t use the pool due to too many kids in there which the hotel can’t control if they are guests and kids stomping and banging around in a room until 11:30 at night. But it is a hotel you are going to hear people moving around

This was our second stay here and probably will not be our last. Check in was informative and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options and staff to keep up with items available. Due to timing we didn’t get to take advantage of the “Happy Hour (and a half)” but plan on it the next time through.

None The hot food was not even warm to me..... The BBQ was cold it even looked cold, all clumped together. The Mac&Cheese was the same way, so we're the eggs the next morning. The BBQ and Mac& Cheese could of been amazing if it was even warm.
Your establishment was very full. You did a great job at keeping up with pool towels. The rooms were very refreshing, didn't smell stale or damp. The rooms were a great size and very clean as well. I loved having that seat in the shower. After a very, very, very long day, I needed that, lol.

It would be nice if the available three free drinks option was good until like 10pm. We always come out to watch our son play basketball and we rarely ever get to be apart of the free drinks because we don’t get back until around 9pm.
We just love being around good environment! Staff is always so nice and helpful.

There was spots in the bathroom that weren’t clean such as the sink, toilet area and shower.

The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is family-like and in high spirits. It exceeded my expectations, and I recommend it. Large room, fast elevators, good breakfast with complimentary drinks at the end of the day.

everything was great.
Staff was attentive and friendly. There was an issue with booking. com and they were professional and took care of us immediately. access off the highway was easy. rooms were clean. nice to have bar and kitchen onsite so we did not have to go off premises to eat.

A group of youth were there for a competition. The room above us had a group that were making all kinds of noise. We could hear every footstep at 1:30 am

The shower floor was quite slippery, felt like either a product wasn’t rinsed fully and re-hydrated when the shower came on. The shower looked super clean, just had to navigate carefully
Kai and Blair were super helpful at check in. The happy hour drinks and food are an amazing touch that is welcome for early arrivals. The room was immaculate through and through.
