United StatesWe loved how clean it was, the popcorn/happy hour & breakfast offered, the pool for the kids, and the proximity of coffee & food for carryout! It’s close enough to St Louis that going to our favorite spots was easy. Our neighboring room was very loud the first night. If enough rooms are available, it would be nice to separate rooms occupied to cut down on this.

United StatesI had little kids with me and told him I wanted adjoining rooms when I got there. No such luck. So I had to have four little kids down the hall from me which is unacceptable. Little upset about that. My daughter came in later and her room up on the sixth floor. The toilet was plugged and stayed plugged the whole time she was there. They needed to send somebody up to pull the toilet. There's something in the toilet. Other than that I've stayed here before and it's a very clean hotel. A lot of kids running up and down the Halls late at night. Nobody supervising them. They pounded on my door at 3:00 in the morning. I went out and asked him what the heck they thought they were doing out there at 3:00 in the morning course. No parent supervising them crazy

Staff was incredible, especially the two individuals working the food area night and day. Wish I could remember their names. They engaged with us in conversation and were diligent maintaining the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere of the eating area. Just because of them we have stayed at other Drury.

United StatesNo three bed option in suite. I would have paid extra to have a third bed in the suite. Even a roll-away twin bed would have been better. (Nobody likes sleeping on a sofa bed!) Also, there were no cups in the bathroom. The standard should be at least a couple of individually sealed disposable cups in the bathroom.
Breakfast was good. (2) queen beds were comfortable. Room was spotless! Staff was great!
