Hotel was very nice, clean environment, staff very polite, friendly and helpful, hot breakfast included throughout your stay and they have a hot dinner period included in your stay. They gave my wife and I each 3 drink vouchers during the lunch period from the bar. They have a full bar in the hotel that have a kitchen where you can get food and drinks until 12am when the dinner period is over. There is a ATM in the hotel vending service. When you are in this hotel you have very little to go buy other than of you plan to go shopping at the mall or go for activities and site seeing.

United StatesGuy at front desk said he was comping both days of parking for a check in hiccup and only one was comp’d, need more pillows on bed cause they are too squishy, would be better to have k-cup coffee pot in rooms for people to bring their own brews, need plastic bags in garbage cans in rooms, need ventilation fans in bathrooms to allow shower moisture out, have gluten free bread options at breakfast or at least some in the freezer to be able to request so they don’t go to waste for those with allergies, gal at desk was not helpful when we arrived 55 minutes earlier than check-in- said nothing was available, but when someone else looked- he was able to get us checked in.
Loved the 5:30-7 buffet and free drink offers, the breakfast, clean pool, clean room, that housekeeping cleaned the room even though we were there, hotel appearance and cleanliness, that doors were secure, staff were mostly accommodating
