We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

They were super nice, they allowed check in for under 21 which is hard to find being 19 so I was so greatfull! Then in the morning we slept in a lil bit and woke up at 1140 by accident when check out was 11 and so immediately packed up and left and they were so nice either way! I was ready to pay a late check out fee as it was our fault for sleeping in but they didn't charge us and overall the stay made me super happy :)

CanadaNo daily housekeeping or when we left the door marker off we thought it would be done while we were shopping but it wasn't. Not communicated to guests either which is important to people staying more than one night.
Staff were friendly and personable. Our stay felt like we were at a resort engaging with the other guests and the staff. They were all so friendly and made our stay that much better. Hotel was always clean. We thought our room would be visited by housekeeping if we requested but upon reviewing the website we became aware of how you prefer guests request those services. We requested towels as needed and they were delivered to our room by Anna promptly. Lala and Tyrone made kickback hour enjoyable. Jackson and Shaneeka were pleasant and guest oriented at the front desk. 10/10 would recommend!

United StatesThe shower pressure was not really my type. It felt weak and it's like water isn't coming out of it.
The overall open space in the lobby was really nice, thought it could use a little more lighting around some areas. Staff at the front desk was really nice and very helpful especially during the time I forgot my airpods case at the lobby and one of the staff found it and kept it in the office.

We were happily surprised that they include a happy hour buffet and 3 free alcoholic beverages per guest in addition to the included breakfast. It wasn't anything extravagant, but it was a really nice perk to offer guests that added value to our stay. Staff was generally friendly and room was large and clean. Decor included attractive photography specific to the city of St. Paul.

United StatesLocation isn’t the greatest, and parking lot is really tight for larger vehicles. Also said they have a shuttle to Excel Center on the website, when we checked in we found out that was no longer true. Wasn’t happy since that was one of the main reasons I booked there.
