Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff was accommodating. Hotel was immaculate. I have stayed in almost every hotel in Tally including “upscale “ hotels but yours was the best overall.

One elevator not working. Only one elevator for that many floors/guests was not good.
The dinner and breakfast were great. We are not drinkers, but the comp drinks would be great for those who do drink. It would be nice to offer people who don't drink another option (comp dessert, etc.)

Some traffic noise from interstate. At 10:30 pm had a strong odor of marijuana coming thru bathroom vent. We were on top floor with no adjoining room. Maybe someone in hallway smoking? It was a very strong odor.
Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Stephen on check-in, was humorous, accommodating and felt like family. The complimentary dinner was a complete surprise and very welcomed as were the drink tickets. The breakfast was a full offering of delicious breakfast fare. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean.

This hotel was excellent from staff, location, and cleanliness. We took our grandson to celebrate his birthday at Urban Air along with our other grandkids. They had a blast and loved this hotel. Breakfast and dinner, along with kickback, was awesome.The room was extra clean. We will definitely return.

The location was easy to get to, the property was clean, nicely decorated, secure, nice landscaping. They also now offer an alternative to their usual dinner offerings in the “Kitchen and Bar” which is open til midnight. It’s a great alternative to going out to eat, or the usual dinner offerings there.

Nice and clean. Amenities are excellent. The complimentary hot breakfast, sodas, coffee, adult beverages and evening food options were satifying. This place was all we needed in our one night stay. No need to even leave the hotel. It was really easy access from interstate. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were outstanding all the way from front desk to the dinning staff and Stephanie who cleaned my room. They all went above my expectations. They were very pleasant and helpful. I was there to meet my cousin that I have seen in over 30 years, So we sat and visited in the dining/breakfast room for a very long time. The staff never made us feel uncomfortable that we should move on and go to our rooms. Breakfast and dinner were hot and very good, and had a good selections. All pubic areas were also very clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with my selection of a hotel. This was my first time at a Drury Plaza and it went above my expectations. I was very pleased with my room. It was clean and the room/ bedding all looked new. The bed was comfortable. I travel a lot and I feel I have found my new favorite place to stay when I’m on the road.
