Check in was a bit slow so were the elevators atimes. Other than that we liked the hotel.

Clean, accessible and tasty. It was easy to get around. The facilities were clean which is hard to come by with many hotels these days. The breakfast was very tasteful. There was something for everyone from my 4 year old son to my 73 year old mother

Modern & stylish! Comfortable & nicely designed room, very clean! All the staff are very kind & efficient. Cleaning ladies at 8th floor super nice & attentive. The location is simply great: secure area, just a few steps away from Hudson river and World Trade Center. Fully recommended, we will certainly choose it again.

Very modern funky hotel in Manhattan. Loved the funky chic feel! En-suite rooms were fantastic and large! Had all the mod con facilities in your room from the fresh water tap in the luminous blue lighted box, to the superb coffee machine,to the wonderful very luxe bath robes( my 16 yr old lived in it while we stayed @ the hotel for a recent surprise 16th bday trip & we ended up purchasing one to bring back home for her Xmas present!) The staff were fantastically polite and full of smiles! They couldn’t do enough for you and would go the extra mile to make sure your stay was very enjoyable! There was a fantastic gym very modern and clean. The hotel was located right by the Hudson. Nice runs and walks along the waters edge. All in all a fantastic stay! We do love the hotel and location we’ve stayed there several times on family trips to NYC from the UK. It’s an hour away from JFK & it’s a set price for the taxi fare from the airport to the Conrad so no added extras! ($60?)

Great location. Has a cinema, the room is spacious and modern with a suite, and comes with a minibar if you don't want to go out of your room. Parking, walking distance of the Observatory Tower and the World Trade Center monument.

Right as we were checking out, bellman was rushing my wife and kept asking if i was coming with the car. I didnt take long at all but he seemed annoyed. But the rest of the staff were wonderful, patient and accommodating.

We spent a couple of days here and we’re reminded how awesome this property and location is. First stay since the pandemic but they still provide exceptional service and amenities. The rooms are spotless. The atrium restaurant and rooftop bar is the best. Stay here when you visit NY!!!!

The hotel is beautiful. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive at every level. The on-site restaurant was delicious. The location and view were perfect.

Draconian mini bar policy made me eat all cakes and pastries my wife kept buying...late at night.

Our go to hotel for NYC. Stay away from the hustle and bustle of Mid-Town. Sure, the downtown location could be a bit inconvenient, but the quiet peace you get at night is worth it. Believe me.
