Beds were hard and air conditioning didn’t work. Put on 62 and felt like 72/75 in there

The breakfast was terrible. Limited selection of items and the exact same food each day. Dried out sausage and bread. No fresh fruit. No bagels, waffles... Coffee was also lousy. Nice big room though and very comfortable.

The front staff lady when we checked in was very rude and seemed very annoyed to even be there. Made the check in process very uncomfortable

While the breakfast was good, it was exactly the same every day. Eggs, saysage busquit and gravy. Fruit cups cereal and toast and yogurt. Since we were there for 5 nights it was a bit redundant. Counted on not having to pay for breakfast but couldnt do it every day. Too much. The indoor pool was a bit overdone on chlorine. While it seems like a good thing, it was hard to breathe after awhile.

Everything was amazing. Pool is clean rooms were clean maid service was amazing. You couldnt ask for more in a room very spacious, 2 closets a dresser, nightstand, fridge and microwave. Bathroom was immaculate! Ac was really cold 🙂

The bed wasn't all that comfortable. The pillows were very uncomfortable. We feel the breakfast wasn't all that great. we felt like the sausage and biscuits were under cooked. The gravy lacked flavor.

We ate breakfast a little late and there were no donuts or sweet rolls. They may not have been offered.

Pool area was nice, but we didn't use it. Breakfast room was clean and the food was pretty good. Having the river in the back is great.

If you have little ones, the doors dont properly shut and lock making it easy for toddlers to escape. And the pools were great just very full of chemicals made your eyes hurt .

Pool was amazing hot tub was amazing, breakfast was good the river with all the ducks and geese was so awesome too. Not far from anything, definitely gonna rebook.

Hard to find a ice machine near your room but it worked out chairs in the room was dirty had stains on them

Location was perfect near everything my husband got a chance to do a little fishing in the back of the hotel which he truly enjoyed staff was excellent

We could her kids in the next room the walls must be thin but it wasn't to bad.

All staff was friendly rooms was clean the pool was nice and we enjoyed several walks along the river I would totally recommend to others.

The bed was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well any night. The room and the pictures advertised did not match so it was not as esthetic as we hoped

I didn't like the ( mexican guy)maintenance guy who kept knocking after telling him that I'll be there in a sec....I wanted to punch his face in but Levi was there to.make sure everything was good.... the ac went out and they replaced it within 2 hours. Awesome people except that 1 maintenance guy
