the room above us had a leak and water was running out of light fixture in our bathroom.Make you wonder where was the water coming from..Toilet or Shower ?We were walking in water before we discovered the leak.

Hard to find your way around hotel

The bathroom and the toilet. The bathroom is too small. The door opened inward; when I stepped inside it was awkard trying to find a place to stand while closing the door. The toilet is awful; it's noisy (could hear other toilets being flushed) and it often took multiple flushes to clear the toilet.

Overall the room was comfortable. However, the bathroom was tiny (hard to close the door once you stepped inside) and the toilet often took multiple flushes, I would recommend getting an interior room or one that was on the riverside of the building. Our room faced Parkway and the traffic noise was a major problem late at night and early in the morning - it was so loud it would wake you up. The breakfast was good with a good selection of food. We didn't use the pool; however, it obviously had too much chlorine as we could smell it from outside the pool enclosure.

The property is dated. Elevator is old, slow and hot. The room was small.

Liked everything!!!

The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable also. We always try to stay here in this particular Econolodge because it's always clean, has nice rooms, and the location is great. But the main reason we always try to stay here is because of 1) how clean the rooms are and 2) how comfortable the beds are. We've already stayed here 6 or 7 different times. Will stay there the next time we come back also. CLEANLINESS IS THE MAIN THING I LOOK FOR! But I do always check for (bed) bugs or any kind of bugs regardless of where we stay, each time we stay, in every single state we vacation in, not just in Pigeon Forge!!! I give this particular Econolodge a 10 out of 10 😊

The curfew for the pool is at 11pm which is fine unless you have a room right off the pool area. In that case, the pool area gets really loud at night and disruptive when trying to sleep.

Breakfast was the same every day, powdered eggs and poorly cooked sausage. I ate the Quaker oatmeal as it only required hot water. The toast was okay. no pancakes or waffle maker. they only change sheets every three days, which is okay but in between we had poor towel replacements and our door was left open by the staff one day. The pool/ hot tub was so strong with chlorine I had to keep my eyes closed while sitting in it and couldn't take more than 15 to 20 minutes of it before the tearing in my eyes was incontrollable and I had to leave. POOR POOL MANAGEMENT! the hours of operation was excellent.

The river was a very nice asset, however the geese and duck droppings on the parking lot and sidewalk at the river may be unavoidable but was a negative impact on grounds.

The breakfast was okay, not bad food but the serving area was cramped and. hard for more than one or two people to get to. the quality of the food was just okay.

The location was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean. Very nice place.
