Great location and view. Staffs were great. Unfortunately, room wasn’t as cleaned. I noticed pieces of glass and human nail pieces on the rug in living space.

There was a small issue with the door sensor to room falling off. I put it back in place and informed the hotel. They assured me all was well and that maintenance came up to ensure all would be well.

The hotel's location can't be beat. The decor of the lounge and the 9th floor restaurant door garden area is tranquil and beautiful

I recently stayed at Edition time square , and overall, my experience was fantastic. The hotel is in an ideal location, close to time square, markets, or landmarks. It was easy to get there, which made it very convenient. The area around the hotel was safe, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. Cleanliness was one of the standout features of the hotel. The room was very tidy and in excellent condition. It was cleaned thoroughly every day with great attention to detail, and everything was always in place. The bathroom was also spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always friendly, smiling, and ready to assist with any needs. They also gave great recommendations on places to visit in the area, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The dessert in the restaurant is over-sweet to me making me sick and getting a fever overnight. If your flavour is a bit plain for dessert, please try with carelessness.

I recently stayed at the Times Square Edition Hotel, and overall, everything was great. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was sophisticated, and the location was perfect for exploring Times Square and the surrounding areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, making for a pleasant stay. While nothing stood out as extraordinary, there was nothing to fault either. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to New York City.

The rooms are small but very functional and not disturbing at all, but the wardrobe is limited and can be a bit challenging for long stays and winter items. It was also very strange that there was only one place to hang a towel.

We stayed for 8 days for touristic purposes. Everything was perfect, including its central location, staff, restaurant and bar. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, everywhere was spotlessly clean, they leave small water bottles in your room every evening. Elevators are generally complained about in New York, but I can say that we never had to wait, they have enough and fast elevators.

There was a little light pollution, both from outside the hotel (in spite of the curtains) and from a wardrobe door that did not shut properly. But these were minor inconveniences.

The weather, it rained the whole time we were in the city!!

I loved the smell from the Aroma 360 was the first thing that greets you in the lower lobby, it was wonderful!! The hotel decor was amazing we loved the design and the simplicity of the functioning space!! The staff was amazing they all went above and beyond! We enjoyed several delicious meals from the Garden Restaurant, simply wonderful stay all around!!

The staff at this hotel make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. EVERY single staff member I interacted with was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. The hotel was incredibly clean and STUNNING. The low light and dark interior set a very sexy, quiet vibe that takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city outside. A true oasis that I will return to any time I am in NY.
