I arrived around 11pm and the parking lot was definitely sketchy everyone was parked in the front, even along the curbs going up to the front door, first thing that came to my head they must have been cars broken into if everyone wanted to park in the front by cameras because in the back of the building the parking lot is huge and looked like nobody wanted to park back there but I had no choice but to park in the back but thank goodness there was no issues overnight, I wanted to get some breakfast in the morning but as soon as u walked out the elevator it was so crowded like if you where at cafeteria buffet lol but other than that everything went ok

It’s a very old (in need of a renovation) type of property,,,, The breakfast was not good and I also did not care for the coffee down in the lobby… I had to pour it out and get coffee from next-door… The room coffee was good though. The door was loose… Even though I was able to put the bolt lock on it… It was just old I suppose, it almost looked like it had been broken before and then repaired.

It was warm when I walked into the lobby… the heater/air conditioner in the room worked great (although a little loud, luckily I brought earplugs) For me that was very important. The staff was helpful. I liked the location. It was very safe and the hotel was quiet. The Indian restaurant next-door was fantastic. And the coffee at the gas station next-door was also the best… I got a cup every night and put it in the refrigerator in the room and heated it up every morning in the microwave, so I really liked the room refrigerator and microwave which accommodated the gas station coffee! The sheets were soft, but the pillows were hard

Hotel Review After a grueling 3.5-hour drive through snowy conditions to attend a funeral, I was looking forward to finally relaxing and sleeping before my early drive back to Denver for my flight home. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, I was frustrated to find the driveway and parking lot unplowed, which made navigating to the entrance a hassle. The desk clerk, however, was kind and welcoming, which was a small comfort. My room was located at the end of a long hallway, and while entering the room felt warm and inviting, it was clear the space—and especially the bathroom—was outdated. The issues didn’t stop there. Dogs on the first floor barked incessantly for about an hour in the early morning hours, which completely disrupted my sleep. I strongly recommend placing guests with pets on one side of the hotel and those without pets on the other. Additionally, the outlets in the room didn’t work, and the room itself became unbearably hot during the night with no way to adjust the temperature. Given the high price for one night, I feel a refund is warranted. This experience has taught me a lesson: I will not stay in a hotel that allows dogs again. A night that was supposed to offer rest and comfort turned into a restless ordeal. Never again.

Exposed wiring! Our one year old grandson was absolutely in danger while visiting with us. Very glad we saw the exposed wires. Also, our coffee maker was broken and our room was never cleaned. No clean towels.

It was okay Theeggs were good Saturday morning. Fresh fruit would have been nice.

The jets on the hot tub were not bubbling enough. The road around the hotel had pot holes and was very bumpy.

The beds were comfortable. The shower was warm. It was very quiet. The view we had was great.

The hot tub had an intake suction that was pretty powerful and big without a cover over it which concerned me because there were kids in there . Some areas of the hotel looked pretty run down . The location was very run down looking and really difficult to get to with construction

When we arrived the arrival staff was a bit unfriendly and looked annoyed.

Next morning the morning crew was amazing! Our car battery died from a (13hour) trip and an employee taking out trash was happy to help us! He was very polite and we greatly appreciated his time. The morning front desk lady also offered to help!

The breakfast was terrible, the housekeeping staff was unfriendly, we were kept up late passed 1am by screaming kids and slamming doors.

A couple small things. Nothing to major. Would have liked to have filtered water with the ice machine. Some cracked tiles needed replaced. Paint peeling off the ceiling above the shower

No ice bucket in the room. A complimentary water bottle in the room would have been nice to have available when entering the room. Shower head was small with low water pressure. A quick shower was not easy due to water flow.

Breakfast was ok. Would have liked option of hard boiled eggs versus the scrambled eggs. They did not taste very good. Also would have liked oatmeal available as a choice.

Room were good, the stocked store in the hotel. Gym machine were better than usual. Pool was nice it goes in and outside. Mall was close by.
