We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThere were not enough linens. There were only a few towels which was not great for a family of 4 staying in a place with a hot tub. There were also no blankets for the pull-out couch bed. The washing machine was tiny. It was the smallest washer I have ever seen, it was so small it was difficult to use.
The cabin was in a great location. The pool table, arcade games, and hot tub were a big hit with the kids.

United StatesThe bed was extremely loud. Any movement was loud enough to wake someone up. Wasn't uncomfortable but was annoyingly noisy. Pool table wasn't level which made playing more difficult but still fun. A few of the pockets were broken so balls would hit the floor. There also wasn't any baking sheets. Parking was kind of tough due to the steep hill and need to turn around but not impossible.
Loved the views, location, hot tub, fireplace and pool table! Plenty of towels available.

United StatesThis property was TERRIBLE! Don’t book this property. It was gross and disgusting. There was mold in the bathroom. There was grime years of buildup of grossness in the corners, on the walls, on the HVAC grates, etc. The floor had water damage. The back door was so fogged up you couldn’t really see through it. The fireplace was also fogged up on both sides. There were exposed wires posing safety hazards for kids. Trim was falling off the walls. Blinds were broken. Bed was most uncomfortable we’ve slept on in years. Pool cues broken. Stairs wobbly. Old and beat up furniture. Have been trying to get refund because of mold but unsuccessful so far.
It had a decent view. That was about it.

United StatesThere are cobwebs everywhere, the windows are filthy, the jets in the bedroom had black stuff coming out of them. there are nails sticking up on both decks. when we first got here poison ivy was all over the steps. parking is absolutely terrible. thankfully we didn’t have neighbors the time we were here. The cleaning fee was over $100 and clearly it doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned.
